SLIDE LOCK DEVICE FOR PRESS MACHINE
A slide lock device for a press machine in which a plurality of entry holes are formed in a flange portion of a flange member fixed on a shaft member, and that locks the shaft member not to rotate by a plurality of pin members inserted into and engaged with the plurality of entry holes, including an annular main body member fixed to a main body frame, a plurality of arcuate entry holes formed in the flange portion, an annular piston member installed within an annular cylinder bore formed in the main body member and shiftable along the axial direction, an annular first and second fluid pressure working chambers for driving the annular piston member, and adapted so that the plurality of pin members can be inserted into and through the entry holes and put into inserted positions by fluid pressure, and also can be backed out of the entry holes and changed over to retracted positions.
Slide lock apparatus for press machine
A slide lock apparatus for a press machine includes: a flange member fixed over the shaft member for driving the slide, and having a flange portion; an annular main member fixed to the main frame, and having an annular member facing the flange portion; a plurality of reception holes formed in the annular member; a plurality of pin members installed in the plurality of reception holes so as to be shiftable therein; a plurality of actuators for driving the plurality of pin members between retracted positions and advanced positions penetrating into admission holes in the flange portion; a first locking member for locking the plurality of pin members in retracted positions; a first drive device for rotationally driving the first locking member; a second locking member for locking the plurality of pin members in their advanced positions; and a second drive device for rotationally driving the second locking member.
Releasable punch dampener
A rotary tablet press has a rotating mold table and top and bottom punches, which can move reciprocally in punch guides, coaxially with the molds. The reciprocating motion of at least the bottom punches is cam-controlled and these punches are acted upon by a releasable punch dampener to prevent an overshoot of their movement and to ensure an action which is as free from wear. It is as maintenance-free as possible whilst maintaining constant damping of the bottom punches. The releasable punch dampener releases with one motion and has a linear release shaft with a release surface and a dampening surface.

Manufacturing die spacing devices
A die spacing device including a die spacing device body having a first arcuate piece sized and configured to extend about a portion of a guide pin of a manufacturing die, a second arcuate piece sized and configured to extend about another portion of the guide pin of the manufacturing die, and a flexible resilient member channel disposed in the first arcuate piece and the second arcuate piece. A flexible resilient member is configured to fit within the flexible resilient member channel and is configured to apply an inward radial force to the first arcuate piece and the second arcuate piece in contracted and extended configurations.
Apparatus and method for checking inclination of cushion pad
An apparatus for checking an inclination of a cushion pad includes: a plurality of height position detectors that detect a plurality of respective height positions in a vertical direction at a plurality of positions different in a horizontal direction of the cushion pad; an inclination measurement unit that measures information on an inclination of the cushion pad in accordance with the plurality of height positions detected by the plurality of respective height position detectors; and an input/output unit that outputs the information on an inclination of the cushion pad measured by the inclination measurement unit to a display or a printer in a visible manner.
SAFE CONTROL APPARATUS AND METHOD OF ADJUSTING THE STROKE LENGTH OF AN ECCENTRIC PRESS
A safe control apparatus (10) for adjusting the stroke length of an eccentric press (100), wherein the eccentric press (100) has a plunger (102) that is driven via a connecting rod (104) by an eccentric system (106) that comprises an eccentric shaft (108) and an eccentric bushing (114) that can be released from one another and then rotated against one another for the adjustment of the stroke length; wherein the control apparatus (10) has an encoder (12) for determining the rotational position of the eccentric shaft (108) and a control logic (10) to generate a first switching signal at at least one first rotational position (BDC, TDC). The control logic (10) is here configured to automatically readjust the first rotational position (BDC, TDC) on an adjustment of the stroke length.
ATTACHMENT PRESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME
Provided are an attachment pressing apparatus and a method of manufacturing a display device using the attachment pressing apparatus. The attachment pressing apparatus includes a body portion that is tubular and extends in a first direction, a wing portion connected to a side of the body portion in the first direction and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a pressing portion penetrating the wing portion in an inner space of the body portion in the first direction and pressing an attachment, and a compression portion connecting another side of the body portion in the first direction and the pressing portion.
Pneumatic Positioning of Flatbed Laminator Roller
A flatbed laminator comprises a roller arranged parallel to and spaced from a flatbed. The roller is mounted on a frame that is arranged to rotate the roller over a surface of a workpiece positioned on the flatbed. The roller is supported on a pair of pneumatic cylinders, which can be operated to adjust the gap between the roller and the flatbed. When a desired gap is reached for the thickness of workpiece to be laminated, locks can be operated to act on the cylinders and prevent further movement of the roller towards the flatbed. Preferably the locks do not prevent movement of the roller away from the flatbed. After the locks have been engaged to protect the workpiece against crushing, the pressure applied to the roller during the laminating process can be changed.
