The baler additionally comprises a first bale-forming area in which a first series of first individual bales can be formed, and a second bale-forming area in which a second series of second individual bales can be formed. The baler further comprises one or more first sensors configured to sense one or more parameters related to at least one of the first bales, and one or more second sensors configured to sense one or more parameters related to at least one of the second bales. The electronic display is configured to simultaneously display data generated from at least one of the first sensors and at least one of the second sensors.
Bundling system for high capacity baler
A baling system including a first bale-forming area configured to form a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale forming-area configured to from a second series of second individual bales. The baling system further includes a bale bundler configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the first and second bale forming-forming areas and to tie a group of at least six bales together to form a bale bundle.
Clothing Compression Press And Method Of Compressing Clothing
A clothing compression press that is of a sufficient height so as to compact clothing for baling in a single pass of a piston within the chamber. The press includes an inner cavity defined by a base with a front wall, a back wall and first and second sidewalls extending upwardly therefrom. A plate extends within the inner cavity which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder from a first position spaced apart from the base to a second position proximate the base, to in turn, compress clothing between the plate and the base.
PRESSING DEVICE, PRESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A BALE PRESSED FROM PLANT MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a pressing device for, in particular, long-stemmed plant material for providing a bale from the plant material, the pressing device comprising a pressing chamber with a pressing space to which plant material can be supplied by means of a supply apparatus via a supply opening, a pressing element movable from an initial position into an end position with a drive apparatus for compressing the plant material, and a binding apparatus, wherein the pressing space is delimited laterally by a wall for forming a pressing box, and an abutment delimits the pressing space, against which abutment the plant material is compressible during the movement of the pressing element into a first partial bale, wherein the first partial bale provided in this manner is transportable through a transport opening of the pressing space into a following space, wherein by means of the pressing element at least one further partial bale can be provided by compressing further plant material introduced into the pressing space against at least one abutment arranged at the pressing chamber, wherein the partial bales can be output via an output opening of the pressing chamber, and wherein the two or more partial bales can be joined by means of the binding device to form a final bale. The invention also relates to a pressing system and a method for providing a final bale with a pressing device.
Torque smoothing apparatuses for large square balers
A torque smoothing apparatus is utilized in conjunction with a large square baler (LSB), which includes a bale chamber, a plunger mounted for reciprocation within the bale chamber, and an LSB drive line. In embodiments, the torque smoothing apparatus includes a planetary gear train and a flywheel, which is mechanically coupled to the LSB drive line through the planetary gear train. An auxiliary motor having a motor output is mechanically coupled to the LSB drive line through the planetary gear train, while a controller is operably coupled to the auxiliary motor. The controller commands the auxiliary motor to selectively apply torque to the LSB drive line such that the torque applied by the auxiliary motor, taken in combination with a torque contribution of the flywheel, reduces variations in torque demands placed on a vehicle engine as the plunger reciprocates during LSB bale formation.
VERTICAL REFUSE BALER
A vertical baler includes a frame defining a compaction chamber, a platen configured for vertical travel within the compaction chamber to compact refuse contained within the compaction chamber, a linear actuator coupled to the platen and configured to raise and lower the platen within the compaction chamber, an electric motor coupled to the linear actuator and configured to control extension and retraction of the linear actuator, an encoder coupled to the electric motor and configured to measure rotation of the motor, and one or more processors.
Outer space waste compaction
A waste compaction apparatus may include a housing and a connector arm. The housing may define a drive chamber and a compaction chamber and the connector arm may include a drive piston portion movably positioned within the drive chamber and a compaction piston portion movably positioned within the compaction chamber. The drive chamber may be selectively fluidly coupleable to the near-vacuum of outer space, such that the compaction piston portion of the connector arm is configured to move within the compaction chamber to compact waste material contained within the compaction chamber in response to movement of the drive piston portion of the connector arm within the drive chamber.
Compactor arrangement and method for operating a compactor arrangement
According to various embodiments, a compactor arrangement (202) may have the following: a function module arrangement (1002), which is installed on a support framework (204a) above an empty-container transport device (202t), wherein the function module arrangement (1002) has: a module receptacle (1004) for receiving multiple function modules (1006), the multiple function modules (1006), which are designed to match the module receptacle (1004) such that the multiple function modules (1006) can each be selectively received in multiple configurations (1100c, 1100d, 1100e, 1100f) in the module receptacle (1004), at least one processor (1008) which is configured to ascertain an actual configuration of the multiple configurations (1100c, 1100d, 1100e, 1100f) and to operate the function module arrangement (1002) and/or the compactor arrangement (202) on the basis of the ascertained actual configuration.
