A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a plurality of panels forming a front portion, a back portion, and a central portion extending from the front portion to the back portion, the front portion having a front attachment panel for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers, the back portion having a back attachment panel for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers, the central portion having a central panel, and locking features for maintaining an erected configuration of the carrier, the locking features including at least one male locking feature extending from a respective panel of the plurality of panels and being at least partially received in a respective at least one female locking feature at least partially defined in a respective panel of the plurality of panels.

An aspect of the invention provides an article carrier comprising a plurality of primary panels (812,814,816) at least partially extending around an interior of the article carrier. The plurality of primary panels comprises a first side panel (812), a top panel (814), a second side pane (816)1 and at least one bottom paneljoined together to form a tubular structure having first and second opposed open ends. The article carrier comprises a carrying handle (H) including a handle feature defined in at least the top panel and a foldable handle structure (HS) having opposed connecting panels and a handle strap. The handle strap extends (882) between the connecting panels.

A carrier for holding a plurality of containers. The carrier comprises a plurality of panels that extend at least partially around an interior of the carrier. The plurality of panels comprises at least one bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, and at least two side panels. The interior of the carrier is divided into a front portion and a back portion. The carrier comprises a reinforced handle comprising a handle panel, a handle reinforcement panel at least partially overlapping the handle panel, and a handle reinforcement flap at least partially in face-to-face contact with the handle reinforcement panel.

A carton for carrying a plurality of articles includes a plurality of panels for at least partially forming an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a top panel, a bottom panel, and at least one side panel, and the plurality of panels include a material having a grain direction. At least one handle is formed in the top panel and defines a major axis that is substantially parallel to the grain direction.

The plurality of panels comprises a top panel. An insert can comprise a central panel, an inner end flap foldably connected to the central panel, and at least one crown guard flap foldably connected to the inner end flap adjacent a crown guard opening in the insert. The central panel can comprise a stop edge adjacent the crown guard opening, and the crown guard flap can comprise a first portion foldably connected to the inner end flap and a second portion foldably connected to the first portion. The top panel can at least partially overlap the central panel, and the second portion of the crown guard flap can be disposed adjacent the stop edge of the central panel.

A carton for containing a plurality of containers includes a plurality of panels and a plurality of end flaps. The plurality of end flaps is foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels and at least partially closes an end of the carton. The plurality of end flaps includes a first end flap foldably connected to one of a top panel and a bottom panel at a first fold line, a second end flap foldably connected to the one of the top panel and the bottom panel at a second fold line that is oblique to the first fold line, and a third end flap foldably connected to the at least one side panel at a third fold line. The third end flap has at least one notch overlapping at least a portion of one of the first end flap and the second end flap.

Product package having finished edges and cavities
A package includes board platform having a folded top platform element and bottom platform element made from cardboard material. The top platform element has cutout portions conforming to shapes of a product to be packaged. A folded cardboard product tray element forms an open cavity conforming to the shape of the product and is secured to at least one of the top platform element and the bottom platform element and is disposed therebetween. A paper platform wrapper covers the exterior surfaces of the top platform element and a paper product tray wrapper covers the interior side wall of the open cavity.
