PRODUCTION OF PAPER STICKS
The invention relates to paper processing, namely the processing of a paper web or a paper web section in order to form a paper stick. The processing is carried out in multiple process stages, including storing the paper web, stretching the paper web, controlling/regulating the guide for the lateral edge, conveying the paper web, folding the paper web, rolling, adding an additive, cutting, removing the remaining paper web, separating the paper sticks, drying the sticks, and/or post-treating the sticks.
Paper profile and use of a paper profile
The invention relates to a paper profile (1), in particular for a packaging element or packaging equipment of food packaging. The paper profile (1) has an elongated shape. The paper profile (1) is formed by at least one round or almost round, flexurally rigid paper rod (3) or a plurality of round or almost round, flexurally rigid solid paper rods (3). The flexural rigidity of the paper profile (1) corresponds in at least one bending direction to the flexural rigidity of one of the rigid paper rods (3).
MACHINE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING BEVERAGE STIRRING SPOONS OR STICKS
A machine for producing paper beverage stirring spoons or sticks, comprises: —a paper feeding station (2, 12), —a processing station (3, 4, 13, 14, 30) to die-cut the paper arriving from the feeding station (2, 12) and to make the spoons or sticks, —a station for removing spoons or sticks (5, 15), to remove and separate the spoons or sticks cut at the processing station (3, 4, 13, 14, 30) from the scrap, —a station for extracting the paper scrap (6, 16), to eliminate the residual scrap generated by the processing station (3, 4, 13, 14, 30), —a treatment station (7, 17), to apply a viscous liquid material based on silicon and hydroxy groups to the spoons or sticks, following the removal of the scrap (6, 16), to evenly coat the spoons or sticks, and—an oven (8, 18) to dry and crystallize the viscous liquid material and to realize the spoons or sticks.
STIRRER DISPENSER FOR A BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINE
A beverage vending machine with a stirrer dispenser configured to form and dispense disposable stirrersfrom a strip made of food-grade material, preferably biodegradable or compostable and preferably plastic-free and waterproof. The stirrer dispenser comprises a detaching device configured either to detach, or to allow manual detachment of, an end piece of the stripwith such a length as to be usable as a stirrer.
BIO-DEGRADABLE FOOD HANDLING DEVICES AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MAKING THE DEVICES
Bio-degradable food handling devices and systems and methods for making the devices. The embodiments herein relate to a bio-degradable food handling device (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60) for use as at least one of a drinking straw, a stirrer, a chopstick, a balloon stick and a candy stick. Further, embodiments herein relate to systems (100) and methods (200, 300) of making the bio-degradable food handling devices (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60). The bio-degradable food handling device (10) is hydrophobic and antifungal thereby increasing shelf life of bio-degradable food handling devices (10). The bio-degradable food handling device (10) is durable, hygienic, non-toxic and recyclable. The bio-degradable food handling device (10) has smooth and soft outer portion that provides comfort to user. The bio-degradable food handling device (10) can be used to draw pieces of fruit, vegetables, solid processed food pieces and other pieces of foods therethrough.
Repulpable paper strap with enhanced moisture resistance and methods to make the same
A repulpable paper strap includes a plurality of paper strings, and a binder that binds the paper strings together, the binder including a partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol and a fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol. Related methods of forming the repulpable paper strap is also provided.
DIFFUSER PRODUCT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
A diffuser product and its manufacturing method is disclosed. The diffuser product includes a absorbent paper structure component, and a breathable film bonded to the outer side of the absorbent paper structure component to shield the absorbent paper structure component in a waterproof and breathable manner and to adjust the aromatic substance to contact with the outside air to further control the release rate of the aromatic molecules evaporated by the aromatic substance through the breathable film and prevent the outside moisture from penetrating into the inside of the absorbent paper structure component, thereby maintaining the quality of the absorbent paper structure component.
Stirrer dispenser for a beverage vending machine
A beverage vending machine with a stirrer dispenser configured to form and dispense disposable stirrers from a strip made of food-grade material, preferably biodegradable or compostable and preferably plastic-free and waterproof. The stirrer dispenser comprises a detaching device configured either to detach, or to allow manual detachment of, an end piece of the strip with such a length as to be usable as a stirrer.
Machine and process for producing beverage stirring spoons or sticks
A machine for producing paper cutlery includes a paper feeding station; a processing station arranged to die-cut one or more sheets of paper arriving from the paper feeding station into uncoated cutlery; and a removal station that separates the uncoated cutlery from the sheets of paper. A recycling station extracts residual scrap paper generated by the processing station. The residual scrap paper was formed from the sheets of paper after the uncoated cutlery is cut and formed. The machine further includes a treatment station arranged to apply a viscous liquid material based on silicon and hydroxy groups to the uncoated cutlery to evenly coat the uncoated cutlery. The viscous liquid material is applied following removal of the residual scrap paper at the recycling station. An oven is provided to dry and crystallize the viscous liquid material on the uncoated cutlery to produce a plurality of coated cutlery.
