Paper lid

A paper lid that is mainly made of paper includes a top plate portion extending in a first direction, an inner fitting portion extending in a second direction and being continuous with the top plate portion, a peak portion extending in a third direction and being continuous with the inner fitting portion, an outer fitting portion extending in a fourth direction, facing the inner fitting portion at a distance, and being continuous with the peak portion, and a flange portion extending in a fifth direction, being continuous with the outer fitting portion, and including an end of the paper lid.

Disclosed is a process of manufacturing a thickened angle ring. The process includes the steps of: soaking wet paper into deionized water for 1 hour; beating bonding surfaces of the two pieces of wet paper into fuzzed and rough surfaces; placing a heat resisting polyester film and a nylon net on a mold, and placing one fuzzed wet paper on the mold in contact with the nylon net on smooth side thereof; placing the other wet paper in contact with the fuzzed surface of the previous wet paper on fuzzed side thereof, and beating until the wet paper fits the mold; placing a further heat resisting polyester film and a further nylon net on the two pieces of wet paper for pressing.

It is a method (1) for producing hangers and similar devices for clothing, comprising at least one concave area, starting from a flat layer of paper material, that provides for the following steps: a) wetting said flat layer of paper material so as to increase the humidity percentage with respect to the standard humidity percentage at room temperature; b) leaving said layer of paper material to rest for a predetermined period of time so that said humidity percentage is uniformly distributed throughout the entire thickness of said flat layer of paper material; c) cutting said flat layer of paper material so as to define an appropriate shape for the realization of said hanger; d) carrying out a knurling operation on at least one portion of said cut flat layer of paper material in which said at least one concave area will be realized; e) forming said cut flat layer of paper material by means of the introduction of said cut flat layer of paper material between a mould and a counter-mould and subsequently through pressing; f) carrying out a stabilisation operation of said hanger, reducing the humidity percentage thereof.
