The first section includes a first training station and defines a general triangular prism shape. The second section includes a second training station and is configured to engage the first section. The second section defines a general rectangular prism shape. The third section includes a third training station and is configured to engage the second section. The third section defines a general triangular prism shape.
SOUND INSULATING SHEET MATERIAL WITH A CELLULAR STRUCTURE INCLUDING GELATINE AND/OR A PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A composition for producing a sheet material with a cellular structure, the composition including the following components: (a) about 5 to about 25 weight % gelatine, (b) about 25 to 60 weight % filler material, (c) about 15 to about 40 weight % water, and (d) a cellular structure promoting agent.
LAMINATE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
Provided is a laminate having, on a substrate, a gel layer which is excellent in heat resistance, has low elastic modulus, low stress and is excellent in stress buffering properties and flexibility, is soft and excellent in holding property of electronic components before curing, and after curing, the gel layer is changed to a hard cured layer which is higher in shape retention and excellent in mold releasability than before curing, and a method for manufacturing the same. Also provided is a method for manufacturing an electronic component in which use of the laminate makes it difficult to cause problems such as deposits of silicone gel or a cured product thereof to a substrate or an electronic component, and makes it difficult to cause problems of defects or defective products of the electronic component. The laminate includes a curing reactive silicone gel layer on at least one type of substrate.
Methods for manufacturing and assembling dual material tissue interface for negative-pressure therapy
A dressing for treating tissue with negative pressure may be a composite of dressing layers, including a release film, perforated gel layer, a perforated polymer film, a manifold, and an adhesive cover. A method of manufacturing the dressing may comprise providing a first layer, such as the gel layer, on a substrate, perforating the first layer on the substrate to create a plurality of apertures in the first layer, and creating an index of the plurality of apertures in the first layer. A laser can be calibrated based on the index. A second layer, such as the polymer film, may be coupled to the first layer, and a plurality of slots can be cut in the second layer with the laser. Each of the slots can be cut through one of the apertures in the first layer based on the index.
THERMOFORMABLE SHAPE-MEMORY DEVICE AND USES THEREOF
The invention relates to a device comprising: a first layer (11) of a thermoformable material that is inelastically deformable in a thermoforming temperature range, a second layer (1) of a viscoelastic material that is elastically deformable in a temperature range including a use temperature range of the device and the thermoforming temperature range, and wherein: the use temperature range is lower than the thermoforming temperature range, the first layer is bonded to the second layer, the thermoformable material is elastically deformable and more rigid than the viscoelastic material in the use temperature range, the thermoformable material is less rigid than the viscoelastic material in the thermoforming temperature range.
TUBULAR VITRIGEL AND USE THEREOF
There is provided a tubular vitrigel composed of a laminate in which a plurality of plate-like vitrigels each having a through-hole are laminated in a thickness direction so that the through-holes are continuous.
