Sheet attaching apparatus and method
A sheet attaching apparatus includes a gripping mechanism that grips one end portion, in a longitudinal direction, of a first sheet that has been drawn out from a first supply roll; a moving mechanism that allows the first sheet to be attached to a second sheet by moving the gripping mechanism to cause the first sheet to approach and contact the second sheet that passes through an attaching portion provided in a feeding path; and a releasing mechanism that releases a grip of the gripping mechanism on the first sheet, after the first sheet has contacted the second sheet.
JOINED BODY MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A roll conveying unit of a joined body manufacturing apparatus includes a rotating unit and a suction unit. The outer peripheral surface of the rotating unit includes a contact suction portion that makes contact with a first back surface. The rotating unit rotates while bringing the contact suction portion into contact with the first back surface. The suction unit suctions the second layer from the contact suction portion through pores of the first layer, to thereby form a suctioned portion attracted to the contact suction portion under suction, in a laminated body of the first layer and the second layer. The peeling unit peels the coating film from the second back surface of the suctioned portion of the film-attached joined body.
CARBON NANOTUBES REINFORCED BIPOLAR PLATE
A bipolar plate for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell includes a laminate of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) with a first outer ply. The CFRP includes a resin and carbon fibers. The first outer ply is arranged at a first lateral surface of the laminate, wherein the laminate includes a first plurality of carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The first outer ply includes a first groove, wherein the first groove is configured to define a first gas diffusion channel. At least some of the first plurality of CNTs extend through the first outer ply in a direction transversely to the first lateral surface of the laminate.
ASSEMBLY FOR FUEL CELL, AND LAMINATED BODY
The invention provides an assembly for fuel cell which has an excellent adhesive force in the presence of hot water, and a laminated body which is used for the assembly for fuel cell. The assembly for fuel cell comprises an adhesive resin layer containing a polyolefin having at least one group selected from the group consisting of an acidic group and an acid anhydride group and having an acid value of 0.01 mgKOH/g to 6.5 mgKOH/g; and two or more members bonded with the adhesive resin layer interposed therebetween, wherein at least one of the members is a metal member having a ratio of a dipole term in surface free energy of 0.01% to 5.0%.
Method of producing resin frame member for fuel cell and processing die
In a method of producing a resin frame member for a fuel cell, a processing die is used. The method includes a processing step of moving an upper die toward a lower die to thereby form an inclined surface on each of side parts of a resin film. In the processing step, shearing is performed while maintaining a predetermined clearance between the lower processing section and the upper processing section and in a state where each of the side parts is at least partially positioned at a cutout so that each of the side parts is inclined downward toward the inside. The cutout is formed by cutting off an edge part of a placement surface that is positioned on the lower processing section side.
LAMINATED BODY
The invention provides a laminated body having an excellent adhesive force with respect to a low-polarity metal member in the presence of hot water. The laminated body contains a resin substrate; an easily adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of the resin substrate; and an adhesive resin layer provided on a surface of the easily adhesive layer on a side opposite to the resin substrate, wherein the adhesive resin layer contains a polyolefin having at least one group selected from the group consisting of an acidic group and an acid anhydride group and having an acid value of 0.01 mgKOH/g to 6.5 mgKOH/g; and the laminated body is used for bonding a metal member having a ratio of a dipole term in surface free energy of 0.01% to 5.0%.
