The staple cartridge assembly also includes a compressible adjunct positionable against the cartridge deck, wherein the staples are deployable into tissue captured against the compressible adjunct, and wherein the compressible adjunct comprises a first biocompatible layer comprising a first portion, a second biocompatible layer comprising a second portion, and crossed spacer fibers extending between the first portion and the second portion.

A roofing shingle including a lower layer including a headlap and a plurality of tabs extending from the headlap, and an upper layer including one or more fingers, wherein the one or more fingers are disconnected from one another, and wherein each of the one or more fingers is disposed on one tab of the plurality of tabs, wherein a number of the plurality of tabs is different than a number of the one or more fingers. In an embodiment, the lower layer is a lowermost layer of the roofing shingle. In another embodiment, the roofing shingle further includes an alignment feature disposed in an exposure zone of the roofing shingle, wherein the alignment features is adapted to permit alignment of adjacent roofing shingles during installation on a roof.

The shielding layer covers upper and side surfaces of the second decorative print layer, and a side surface of the first decorative print layer protrudes outwardly from the side surface of the second decorative print layer and a side surface of the shielding layer.

A method for producing an injection molded and anti-skid mat providing a lower mold half and an enclosing upper mold half, the mold halves defining therebetween an interior cavity which is a negative of the mat to be produced. A cavity defining surface is configured in the bottom mold half with locations for preplacement of a plurality of underside adhering portions. A flowable plasticized/rubberized material is communicated through a channel in at least one of the mold halves in order to fill the interior cavity, the material setting and cooling prior to removing the upper mold half and the formed mat.
