FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND SANDWICH STRUCTURE
An object of the present invention is to obtain a fiber-reinforced composite material achieving both lightweight properties and mechanical properties at a high level. The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced composite material including a resin (A) and a reinforcing fiber (B), and having: a porous structure portion having micropores with an average pore diameter of 500 μm or less as measured by a mercury intrusion method; and a coarse cavity portion defined by the porous structure portion and having a maximum length of more than 500 μm as a cross-sectional opening portion.

Waveform reinforced skateboard deck
A waveform reinforced skateboard deck with an intermediate body extending between a nose end and an opposing tail end, the deck further including an outermost top rider bearing surface and an outermost bottom truck mounting surface with at least a portion of at least one of the surfaces having a plurality of spaced apart elongated waveforms defining peaks and troughs projecting along a substantially sinuous path between the nose and tail ends.
TISSUE PRODUCT AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING SAME
A multi-ply tissue paper product includes at least three plies. The tissue paper product includes a first inner ply being a creped ribbed ply and having a basis weight of 10 to 30 gsm, and a first outermost ply and a second outermost ply on each side of said inner ply, the first and second outermost plies being non-ribbed plies, wherein a creped ribbed ply is a ply including ribs and valleys providing an average core roughness Rk in the range 10 to 300 μm, and peaks being 4 to 12 per cm as measured along said first direction; and wherein a non-ribbed ply is a ply displaying no parallel ribs and valleys extending continuously along any direction of the ply or displaying parallel ribs and valleys extending continuously along any direction of the ply, the ribs and valleys providing peaks being less than 4 per cm.
Article of Manufacture for Securing a Catalyst Substrate
An aftertreatment component for use in an exhaust aftertreatment system. The aftertreatment component comprises an aftertreatment substrate and a compressible material. The compressible material may be formed from a plastic thermoset, a rubberized material, or a metal foil which permits for the selective expansion of the substrate within the compressible material, while also reducing cost and manufacturing complexity. In various embodiments, the aftertreatment substrate and the compressible materials may be formed separately and coupled to each other, or they may be formed concurrently via coextrusion.

DIE SLIDE ROTATIONAL HOLLOW MOLDING ASSEMBLY FOR CREATING AN ARTICLE WITH A HOLLOW INTERIOR
A mold assembly for forming a component exhibiting a sealed interior, including providing first and second mold halves, forming first and second half shells of material within cavities defined within each of the mold halves, and upon mating the mold halves together in a first closed mold configuration. The mold halves are reopened, with at least one of the shells being subsequently reoriented such that the first and second half shells are arrayed in opposing fashion with perimeter extending edges of each half shell arranged in contact with one another. Additional steps include reclosing the mold halves and subsequently forming a second perimeter extending material in contact with the contacting perimeter extending edges in order to bond the half shells together, upon which the mold halves are reopened and a completed component removed.
JOINING STRUCTURE
A joining structure includes a first member, a second member of a material different from that of the first member, and a separation mechanism provided between the first member and the second member and that separates the first member and the second member from each other, wherein a resin is filled into the space between the edge of at least one member among the first member and the second member, and the other member.
