SHEET LAMINATOR AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM INCORPORATING THE SHEET LAMINATOR
A sheet laminator including a thermal pressure roller, a power cutoff device, a mover, a power line, and circuitry. The thermal pressure roller pair includes first and second rollers, and first and second heaters, to form a nip region to press and convey a two-ply sheet. The power cutoff device detects a change in temperature of at least one of the first or second roller, and cuts off a power to at least one of the first or second heater. The mover relatively moves the second roller away from the first roller. The power line couples the power cutoff device to the mover. The circuitry is to cause the power cutoff device to cut off the power line, and cause the mover to relatively move the second roller away from the first roller, in response to the power cutoff to at least one of the first or second heater.
Plasma detection tracers for process monitoring
An apparatus and method for bonding a member to a substrate is disclosed. A surface of the member is prepared by applying an element to the surface. The element includes a dye agent that changes color when exposed to a level of plasma radiation consistent with preparing the surface for bonding. The surface is exposed to the plasma radiation and is inspected to see whether or not a change in a color of the dye agent occurs. After the dye agent changes color; the surface is bonded to the substrate.
SHEET LAMINATOR AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM INCORPORATING THE SHEET LAMINATOR
A sheet laminator includes a thermal fixing roller pair, a first heater, a second heater, multiple temperature detectors, and a driver. The thermal fixing roller pair includes a first thermal fixing roller and a second thermal fixing roller facing the first thermal fixing roller. The thermal fixing roller pair thermally fixes and conveys a two-ply sheet and a sheet medium nipped between two sheets of the two-ply sheet. The first heater heats the first thermal fixing roller. The second heater heats the second thermal fixing roller. The multiple temperature detectors are at different positions along an axial direction of the thermal fixing roller pair. The multiple temperature detectors detect a surface temperature of the thermal fixing roller pair. The driver drives the thermal fixing roller pair.

Lamination Device and Control Method Thereof
The present invention discloses a lamination device and a control method thereof. The lamination device of the present invention includes a plurality of calibration marks disposed on an upper gripper, a vision camera configured to capture an image of the plurality of calibration marks, a correction driving unit connected to a lower gripper and the upper gripper to correct a height of each of the lower gripper and the upper gripper, and a control unit configured to read the plurality of calibration marks to calculate a positional deviation between an actual position of the upper gripper and a preset allowable position range, and move the lower gripper and the upper gripper to correct the positional deviation.
LAMINATION METHOD AND LAMINATION DEVICE PERFORMING THE SAME
A lamination method includes measuring a flatness of a first stage on which an object to be processed is placed, measuring an amount of sagging of an attachment roller which presses a film to attach the film to the object to be processed, primarily adjusting the flatness of the first stage based on the amount of sagging of the attachment roller, and secondarily adjusting the flatness of the first stage in a way such that a flatness of an end of the first stage relative to a center of the first stage has a smaller step than the first stage adjusted primarily.
