The application relates to a doctoring unit for a printing apparatus for printing flat substrates, in particular circuit boards, wafers, or solar cells, comprising two doctor blades, which extend parallel to one another and are pivotably mounted. It is provided that the doctor blades are operatively connected to a gearing, which is formed in a self-locking manner and can be coupled or is coupled to a drive device.

A printing screen method includes: providing at least one printing scraper assembly, wherein the printing scraper assembly has a printing scraper and a pressure sensing feedback system; placing at least one printing screen on a substrate; detecting and supplying a pressure value between the printing scraper and the printing screen during printing by the pressure sensing feedback system; and comparing the supplied pressure value and a predetermined pressure value, and changing the pressure between the printing scraper and the printing screen if a difference between the feedback pressure value and the predetermined pressure value is larger than a predetermined threshold. An imprinting apparatus implementing the printing screen method is also provided.
MASK PRINTING MACHINE
In a mask printing machine, a target through hole, which is at least one of multiple through holes formed on the mask, is imaged by an imaging device when the board is below the mask and is at a separated position that is separated from the mask, and when the board is at a contact position in which an upper surface of the board contacts a lower surface of the mask, respectively. Based on a captured image, when the board is at the separated position, and a captured image when the board is at the contact position, it is possible to acquire the movement state of at least one target through hole when the board is lifted from the separated position to the contact position.

Screen printing apparatus and screen printing method
A screen printing apparatus includes: a mask guide; a mask moving mechanism; and a squeegeeing mechanism. The mask guide is provided with a mask standby position, a printing-job performing position, and a mask shelter position in this order from a first end to a second end of the mask guide. The mask moving mechanism moves the used mask positioned at the printing-job performing position to the mask shelter position such that it is possible to pick up the used mask from the second end of the mask guide.

A printer according to an embodiment includes a holding part and a printing part. The holding part holds a print substrate having a curved surface in a state where the print substrate is pressed and elastically deformed so that a curvature of the curved surface is small. The printing part performs silkscreen printing on a print surface of the print substrate held by the holding part.

The invention provides thermoset image bearing domed composites which when bent to mately label or decal onto the curvature of a consumer good will characteristically retain its optical clarity without any visible component separation or stress fracturing. The domed composite suitably includes UV curable ink coatings which are securely and pliable bonded to the thermoset coating of a metal substrate and a cured thermoset capping dome.

A method for screen printing of a material on a substrate is provided. The method includes moving a process head assembly having at least one deposition device from a first position to a second position to perform a stroke, wherein the stroke includes at least a first phase for material processing of a material on a screen device using the at least one deposition device and a second phase for a material transfer from the screen device to the substrate. The at least one deposition device moves in a first direction in the first phase. At least one device moves in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction in the first phase. The at least one deposition device and the at least one device simultaneously move during at least a part of the first phase. The at least one device is selected from the group including the at least one deposition device, a material processing device, the screen device, and a substrate support.
MATERIAL TEMPERATURE SENSOR FOR STENCIL PRINTER
A print head assembly of a stencil printer includes a print head frame and a wiper blade assembly coupled to the print head frame. The wiper blade assembly includes wiper blades that contact the stencil to print solder paste onto the stencil during a print stroke. The wiper blades are configured to force solder paste through the apertures of the stencil. The print head assembly further includes a dispensing unit coupled to the print head frame. The dispensing unit is disposed between the wiper blades to deposit solder paste between the wiper blades. The dispensing unit includes a cartridge receiver. The print head assembly further includes a cartridge positioned in the cartridge receiver and a sensor coupled to the print head frame proximate the cartridge. The sensor is configured to measure a temperature of the cartridge.
