PROCESSING MACHINE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING
In some examples, a processing machine has at least one cleaning device for cleaning a substrate. The at least one cleaning device and the at least one substrate are able to be arranged in a first and a second cleaning state, and the substrate is arranged at a distance from the at least one cleaning device in the first cleaning state. The substrate is arranged in contact with the at least one cleaning device in the second cleaning state, and the at least one cleaning device and the substrate are arranged so as to be transferable at least from the first cleaning state into the second cleaning state. The at least one cleaning device is arranged to be adjusted from a first cleaning position in the first cleaning state into a second cleaning position in the second cleaning state.
Cleaning solution
The present invention provides cleaning solutions for removing ink, coating, varnish, adhesive, etc. residue from printing equipment. The cleaning solutions of the present invention comprise one or more solvents, preferably selected from acetoacetates, alcohols, glycol ethers, glycol esters, terpenes, and water, and are preferably free of surfactants. The cleaning solutions of the invention have a relative evaporation time (RET) of less than 60 seconds, and a ratio of the RET to the radius of the sphere of solubility of the resin in the ink to be removed of less than 6.
Apparatus for Cleaning Surfaces
An apparatus for cleaning surfaces of a printing press has an adjusting device having a pressing element for pressing a cleaning element against the surface to be cleaned when needed. The adjusting device has a drive for moving the pressing element relative to the surface to be cleaned between a home position, in which the cleaning element is positioned at a distance from the surface to be cleaned, and a cleaning position in which the cleaning element is in contact with the surface to be cleaned or, respectively, is in the direct proximity of the surface to be cleaned. An overload safety device is configured to respond upon a critical force acting on at least one of the adjusting device or pressing element being exceeded and to move the pressing element into an overload position.
Dust removal device and printer
A dust removal device for continuous paper improves operability and usability for a user. The continuous paper is continuously supplied in a rightward direction, then through guide rollers, the direction of the continuous paper is reversed leftward. A downward front surface of the continuous paper is cleaned with a first dust removal device. Further, a direction of the continuous paper is reversed with a guide roller rightward. A downward back surface of the continuous paper is cleaned with a second dust removal device, and is guided to the downstream side. The two dust removal devices are provided in a vertical positional relationship in space. Dust removed with a dust removing member falls to a dust receiving member and is stored in the dust receiving member. It is possible to easily dispose the dust by pulling out the dust removal device from a cleaning position to an outside detachment position.
Method Of Cleaning Of A Printed Band Of Flexible Material, As Well As An Apparatus Therefor
A method for cleaning a printed band of flexible material, in which at least one side printing ink comprises with a device. The device comprises a cleaning organ such as a brush roll, and the method the steps comprises of the contacting of the band which printing ink comprises with a cleaning liquid, and the removal of the printing ink which been brought into contact the cleaning liquid with the cleaning organ to obtain a cleaned band of flexible material.
Before the effective of adhered liquid getting rid of, comprises the device a pair of wiper blades into the direction of transport of the band remotely of one another are located and are for the removal of the cleaning liquid the band at an angle first via an uppermost wiper blade and subsequently via a lowermost wiper blade of the pair fed.
PROCESS FOR PRINTING WATER SOLUBLE FILM
A process including the steps of: providing a water soluble film; providing an ink including between about 5% and about 30% by weight a solvent selected from the group consisting of diols, cyclic polyols, diglycols, triols, polyols, and mixtures thereof; and applying the ink onto the water soluble film.
Web processing machine comprising at least one cleaning device for cleaning substrate transported along transport path
Cleaner head
A cleaner head having a discharging slit 6 on the center and sucking slits 7 on left and right on a corresponding wall portion 15 facing a dust-removed face 10, and, outer extended lines L.sub.7 of the pair of sucking slits 7 are inclined as to mutually come close and intersect as departed from the corresponding wall portion 15.
Material and hardware to automatically clean flexible electronic web rolls
Novel materials and devices can remove small defects from long rolls of flexible electronics material while they are in continuous motion. The cleaning materials are designed to remove small particles without transferring defects or damaging the flexible electronics. The device generally consists of variable speed, motor-driven cylinders mounted on moveable brackets. The cylinders are capable of matching the speed of the cleaning material such that the cleaning material is always in contact with the web roll to be cleaned. The brackets are capable of rotating so the same material can be used more than once. Another material is used to remove debris from the cleaning material. A similar device consisting of motor-driven cylinders and moveable is used to apply the debris removal film to the cleaning film, allowing the cleaning film to be used multiple times.
CLEANER HEAD
