LIQUID WASTE CONTAINER
Certain examples described herein relate to liquid waste containers delimiting an opening for receiving liquid. The liquid waste container comprises a receptacle for liquid waste and a bistable arrangement having first and second stable states such that when the bistable arrangement is in the first stable state, liquid can be received into the receptacle through the opening, and when the bistable arrangement is in the second stable state, liquid is prevented from exiting the receptacle through the opening. The example liquid waste container further comprises an actuator arranged to engage the bistable arrangement and to cause the bistable arrangement to transition from the first stable state to the second stable state.

Printing system
A printing system to hold printing material comprises a sealing interface to seal a container with respect to a printing chamber volume of the printing system, the container to hold the printing material. The printing system comprises a lifting system to move the container between a first position in which the container is to be lifted and a second position at which the container is lifted and contacts the seal so as to seal the container. The lifting system is to non-hyperstatically constrain the container.
SOLDER RECOVERY DEVICE
A solder recovery device includes a recovery plate, a lifting and lowering device, and multiple connecting sections. The recovery plate recovers solder. The lifting and lowering device lifts up and lowers the recovery plate. The multiple connecting sections include a fixing portion provided on the recovery plate and configured to detachably attach the recovery plate to the lifting and lowering device and a fixed portion provided on the lifting and lowering device and to which the fixing portion is fixed, and are configured to restrain the recovery plate from moving in a predetermined direction relative to the lifting and lowering device when the fixing portion is fixed to the fixed portion. The multiple connecting sections have different restraining directions in which the recovery plate is restrained from moving relative to the lifting and lowering device.

Doctor blade, doctor blade chamber, and printing unit equipped therewith
A doctor blade, intended for a doctor blade chamber (6) for a flexography printing unit (1) equipped with a screened cylinder (4), presents in the form of a rectangular blade, with a functional longitudinal side (34) of which a longitudinal edge is capable of making contact with the screened cylinder (4), a longitudinal fastening side (33) and two lateral sides (36, 37). The doctor blade comprises at least one opening located towards the functional longitudinal side (34) and towards the first of the two lateral sides (36, 37).
LIQUID ABSORBER AND PRINTING APPARATUS
A liquid absorber of the present disclosure that absorbs a liquid containing water includes: a first base material; a second base material; and an absorption layer provided between the first base material and the second base material, in which the absorption layer contains a flame-retardant substance, the flame-retardant substance contains a tautomeric compound, and the compound has a tautomer with a hydroxyl group. The flame-retardant substance is preferably melamine cyanurate.
CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD PRINTER AND CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD BOX MAKING MACHINE
Disclosed is a corrugated paperboard printer comprising a pressing device for applying a pressing force to press a chamber which reserves ink toward an anilox roll. The pressing device is configured to apply a first pressing force, and a second pressing force which is greater than the first pressing force, respectively, to a first pressing area and a second pressing area in a back surface of a chamber frame. In a state in which no pressing force is applied by the pressing device, bending occurring in the chamber frame due to a load transmitted from a printing roll to the chamber frame via the anilox roll as printing is performed to a corrugated paperboard sheet is greater in the second pressing area than in the first pressing area.
