PRINTING APPARTUS
The present disclosure relates to a printing apparatus, and the printing apparatus according to the present disclosure includes an optical unit for expanding and displaying a hitting point of ink, from above a substrate; and a nozzle unit for ejecting the ink, wherein the nozzle unit includes a nozzle body that is obliquely disposed with respect to the substrate; and a nozzle that is coupled to the nozzle body, and has a flow path from which the ink is ejected, and has a tip that is bended towards the substrate.
RECORDING DEVICE AND CURL DETERMINATION METHOD
There is provided a recording device including a transport section that transports paper along a support surface; a recording section; a determination region setting section; a liquid volume ratio calculation section; a determination section; and a recording position adjustment section that, when the determination section determines that the average value is larger than the threshold, adjusts a distance of the recording section from the support surface to a distance which is longer than a case in which the average value is not larger than the threshold.
PRINTING APPARATUS AND APPARATUS
A printing apparatus includes a support member having a bearing portion, and includes a locking member including a shaft portion fitted to the bearing portion and a biasing member arranged to bias the support member and the locking member in a first direction. The support member supports a printing member that prints on a printing medium. The locking member is pivotally mounted to the support member. The shaft portion is a pivot center. The locking member fixedly holds the printing member relative to the support member. The first direction forms an angle from 0 degree to smaller than 45 degrees relative to an upper surface of the printing member in a first state in which the printing member is fixedly held relative to the support member by the locking member. Movement of the shaft portion fitted to the bearing portion in the first direction is restricted by the biasing member.
Printing apparatus and control method thereof
There is provided a printing apparatus which includes the following: A printhead including a plurality of nozzles that discharge ink to a print medium. A first detection unit that detects a distance between the printhead and a platen. An adjustment unit that adjusts the distance between the printhead and the platen. An acquisition unit that acquires difference information concerning a difference of a distance between the platen and each of the nozzle on an upstream side and the nozzle on a downstream side in a conveyance direction of the print medium. The adjustment unit adjusts the distance based on a detection result of the first detection unit and the difference information acquired by the acquisition unit.
Printing apparatus
An example printing apparatus is illustrated. The printing apparatus includes a print engine assembly. The print engine assembly further includes a bottom chassis portion. The print engine assembly also includes a top chassis portion. The print engine assembly also includes a print head positioned within the top chassis portion. The print engine assembly also includes a plurality of offset pins coupled to the print head, where the plurality of offset pins abuts the bottom chassis portion, and where the plurality of offset pins enables the print head to be positioned at a predetermined distance from the bottom chassis portion.
PRINT CARRIAGE MOVEMENT CONTROL
Example techniques for controlling a movement of a print carriage are described. In an example, in response to a determination that a movement of the print carriage in a printing device may be an unstable movement, a first movement parameter value may be associated with the movement of the print carriage, to prevent the unstable movement.
Apparatus for aligning head module and system for treating substrate with the apparatus
A head alignment apparatus for determining a reference position using position synchronization and aligning a plurality of head modules according to the reference position, and a substrate treating system including the same are provided. The head alignment apparatus may include, a reference position determining unit for determining a first reference position of a head transfer, in which a plurality of inkjet head modules are installed; and a mounting position determining unit for determining a second reference position of the inkjet head module based on the first reference position so that the inkjet head module can be moved from a current position to a second reference position, wherein the reference position determining unit determines a first reference position using a first image sensor installed on the same plane as the inkjet head module and a second image sensor installed facing the inkjet head module.
INKJET PRINTING DEVICE
An inkjet printing device according to the present embodiment includes an alignment plate, a substrate positioned on one surface in a third direction of the alignment plate, and an inkjet head combined with the substrate, wherein the alignment plate includes a first position adjustor positioned on a first side surface in a first direction of the alignment plate, and a second position adjustor, a third position adjustor, a fourth position adjustor, a fifth position adjustor, and a sixth position adjustor positioned at a second side surface in a second direction of the alignment plate, and each of the position adjustors adjusts the position of the substrate.
Printing head height control
Apparatus and method for digital printing comprises placing a medium to be printed on a print table and feeding towards a print head. A finite length of the medium approaching the print head is measured for variations in thickness towards the print head. Then, the height of the print head is adjusted to maintain a predetermined printing distance. Subsequently, if the extent reaches or exceeds the printing distance then it is assumed that wrinkles are present and printing is paused for readjustment of the medium, which may be a textile and more particularly a garment.
