20230026955 · 2023-01-26 ·

A disposable stencil tool is provided. A disposable stencil tool for marking a foil, comprising a flexible sheet with holes, the holes forming an outline wherein the flexible sheet may be coupled to the foil, the holes allowing a user to mark the foil with the outline, the outline for fitting a joint between a plurality of tubular members. A method of employing the disposable stencil tool, to mark foil, the method comprising coupling the flexible sheet to the foil and marking the outline on the foil through the holes. The method further comprising uncoupling the flexible sheet from the foil and cutting the foil along the outline forming a cut edge on an end of the foil. The method further comprising fitting the cut edge into the joint and attaching the foil to at least one of the plurality of tubular members.

Drum stencil printing system

The present invention relates to a drum stencil printing system for reliably and automatically printing materials on the inside of a concave surface. The drum stencil printing system includes a pliable drum stencil secured in place by a stencil spring. As the printhead applies radial pressure to the drum stencil, the portion of the stencil in contact with the printhead is deflected to make contact with the container sidewall. When the printhead rotates, the portion of the stencil contacting the container sidewall also rotates to match the nozzle of the printhead. After printing is complete, the printhead retracts, and the pliable stencil is returned to its undeflected position, breaking contact between the stencil and the container, and protecting the printed material from being rubbed or worn off of the container.

Rotary Screen Pattern Printing of Polyurethane Resin onto Textiles

A PU printing method and system including a textile component; and a rotary screen device component. More specifically, the system can include: a source of PU material; a rotary screen containing a squeegee blade or magnetic roller that is connected to the PU material source; means to carry the textile in proximity to the rotary screen and in position to receive a print; and a source of pressure, hydrodynamic or magnetic, to force the PU through the rotary screen and onto the textile.
