A disposable stencil tool is provided. A disposable stencil tool for marking a foil, comprising a flexible sheet with holes, the holes forming an outline wherein the flexible sheet may be coupled to the foil, the holes allowing a user to mark the foil with the outline, the outline for fitting a joint between a plurality of tubular members. A method of employing the disposable stencil tool, to mark foil, the method comprising coupling the flexible sheet to the foil and marking the outline on the foil through the holes. The method further comprising uncoupling the flexible sheet from the foil and cutting the foil along the outline forming a cut edge on an end of the foil. The method further comprising fitting the cut edge into the joint and attaching the foil to at least one of the plurality of tubular members.

Stencil holder
11173515 · 2021-11-16 ·

A stencil holder for rapidly and consistently decorating objects placed therein. The stencil holder includes a base pivotally connected to a frame, wherein the frame can move between an open and closed position. The frame includes a lower support that can removably couple with an upper support, wherein the upper support and the lower support cooperatively secure a stencil therebetween in an operational position. The upper support and the lower support each include an opening for accessing the stencil when disposed therebetween. In the closed position, the supports are secured to one another and the frame rests parallel to the base such that the stencil rests directly above the object for applying decoration. In some embodiments, an extender is removably securable to either a top side or lower side of the upper support to allow various sized objects to fit therebeneath.

Methods and systems for stencil printing

Methods and apparatuses for screen or stencil printing a pattern on a substrate are provided. The substrate (2) has its major surface in contact with a first major surface (112) of a stencil shell (111) having apertures (116). A coating material is disposed onto the second major surface (114) of the stencil shell (111) to flow through the apertures (116) to contact the substrate (2), where the coating material is at least partially cured. The substrate (2) is separated (C) from the first major surface (112) of the stencil shell (111) after the curing (142) and a pattern (42) of the at-least-partially-cured coating material is formed on the substrate (2).
