PRINTING MACHINE AND PRINTING SYSTEM HAVING SCREEN MAGAZINE FOR PRINTING ON PLANAR SUBSTRATES
The application relates to a printing machine for printing on planar substrates, in particular circuit boards, including: a printing table which extends in a horizontal plane and on which at least one substrate to be printed on can be arranged; at least one printing device assigned to the printing table, which printing device has a screen holder for an interchangeable printing screen and a doctor device assigned to the screen holder, wherein, by means of the doctor device, a printing material can be applied onto the substrate to be printed on through the printing screen; and a screen magazine assigned to the doctor device for storing at least one printing screen for the doctor device. According to the invention, the screen magazine has a housing with at least two drawers which are arranged in parallel to one another and are each designed to hold one printing screen, wherein the housing is pivotably arranged such that it can pivot between a first end position, in which the drawers are oriented parallel to the horizontal plane, and a second end position, in which the drawers are oriented at an angle to the horizontal plane, in particular vertical thereto.
SOLDER RECOVERY DEVICE
A solder recovery device includes a recovery plate, a lifting and lowering device, and multiple connecting sections. The recovery plate recovers solder. The lifting and lowering device lifts up and lowers the recovery plate. The multiple connecting sections include a fixing portion provided on the recovery plate and configured to detachably attach the recovery plate to the lifting and lowering device and a fixed portion provided on the lifting and lowering device and to which the fixing portion is fixed, and are configured to restrain the recovery plate from moving in a predetermined direction relative to the lifting and lowering device when the fixing portion is fixed to the fixed portion. The multiple connecting sections have different restraining directions in which the recovery plate is restrained from moving relative to the lifting and lowering device.
Squeegee drip collection system for stencil printer
A squeegee drip collection system is configured to receive assembly material from at least one squeegee blade of the print head assembly. The squeegee drip collection system includes a paste shield coupled to the print head gantry and configured to be moved between a retracted position in which the paste shield is spaced from the at least one squeegee blade and an extended position in which the paste shield is positioned under the at least one squeegee blade. The squeegee drip collection system further includes a paste shield removal assembly configured to uncouple the paste shield from the print head gantry and to remove the paste shield.
Methods for printing solder paste and other viscous materials at high resolution
Systems and methods in which dot-like portions of a material (e.g., a viscous material such as a solder paste) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a first printing unit, the intermediate substrate having the dot-like portions of material printed thereon is transferred to a second printing unit, and the dot-like portions of material are transferred from the intermediate substrate to a final substrate at the second printing unit. Optionally, the first printing unit includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred in the individual dot-like portions from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the first printing unit. Each of the first and second printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing and imaging units to aid in the overall process.
SOLDER PRINTING MACHINE
A solder printing machine, which is configured to print paste-state solder on a board by use of a mask and a squeegee configured to move on an upper surface of the mask, includes a bed, a mask frame fixedly provided on the bed and configured to hold the mask, and a squeegee frame fixedly provided on the bed, formed separately from the mask frame, and configured to support a driving mechanism configured to drive the squeegee.
REINFORCED TENSIONING FRAME
A tensioning frame for tensioning a printing screen comprises struts to reinforce the constituent beams. These may be provided either on a supplementary brace plate or integrally formed with the beam. A shaft may be used to retain engagement bodies within pockets formed in the beam.
PRINTING PLATE, PRINTING APPARATUS, AND PRINTING METHOD OF SUBSTRATE
A printing plate, a printing apparatus, and a printing method of a substrate are disclosed. The printing plate includes a flat plate, a raised part is disposed on one side surface of the flat plate, and the raised part is defined with a plurality of printing holes penetrating through the raised part and the flat plate. By disposing the raised part on the side surface of the flat plate, the present disclosure can effectively prevent a large-area contact between the printing plate and a chip-mounting substrate and can reduce a probability of the printing plate scratching solder paste on the chip-mounting substrate. Therefore, short circuits of the chip-mounting substrate can be prevented, and yields of a printing process can be improved.
Screen printer having mask pressing device for determining tension of mask by calculating mask deflection amount
A screen printer that measures a tension of a mask in a machine, including a mask holding device configured to hold a mask; a board device configured to position a board from below with respect to the mask held by the mask holding device; a squeegee device configured to apply and spread a cream solder on an upper surface of the mask; a mask pressing device configured to press the mask at a set pressure by a pusher which is installed on an upper travelling device or a lower travelling device with respect to the mask; a mask measurement device, installed on the upper travelling device or the lower travelling device to be opposed to the pusher, which is configured to measure a height of the mask; and a tension measurement device configured to calculate a tension of the mask based on a measured value of the mask measurement device.
SCREEN PRINTING FORM FOR USE IN A SCREEN PRINTING METHOD, SCREEN PRINTING DEVICE, AND SCREEN PRINTING METHOD
A screen printing form (1, 1′) for use in screen printing, in particular for producing a metallic contact structure of a photovoltaic solar cell, having a woven screen printing fabric (1b) with a plurality of elongate woven fabric elements, which are arranged in a first element direction and a second element direction perpendicular thereto, and a stencil (1c), arranged on the woven screen printing fabric (1b) that has at least one opening formed as straight channel with a channel width BK. The woven fabric elements have a spacing AF in the first element direction and a spacing which deviates by less than 5% from AF in the second element direction, and the woven fabric elements have a diameter DG in the first element direction and a diameter which deviates by less than 5% from DG in the second element direction. A screen printing device and screen printing form are also provided.
