Bound component with selectively deployable tabs
A bound system including a plurality of pages and a cover/divider bound to the plurality of pages and having at least one free edge. The cover/divider includes a tab secured to a body of the cover/divider such that the tab is movable between an extended position wherein at least part of the tab protrudes beyond the free edge and a refracted position wherein the at least part of the tab does not protrude beyond the free edge. The cover/divider has a slit/opening formed or pre-formed therein and positioned adjacent to the tab and spaced away from the free edge. The slit/opening is positioned such that at least part of the tab is receivable through the slit/opening when the tab is in the extended position.
Pocket insert removal tool and method
An inventive tool enables easy removal of label media from tight spaces, such as removal of a spine or cover label from the label pocket of a notebook binder. The tool is generally flat, skinny, and long and has an adhesive capture end and a handle end. The adhesive capture end utilizes a low- to medium-tack pressure sensitive adhesive to capture the entrapped label media when the tool is inserted into the pocket. Modes of providing a pressure sensitive adhesive end include spray application and double- and single-coated films and other media.

A component including a body having an outer edge, a first slit/opening formed or pre-formed therein and a second slit/opening formed or pre-formed therein. The component further includes a tab coupled to the body such that the tab is movable between a retracted position wherein the tab does not protrude beyond the outer edge, and an extended position wherein the tab extends through the first slit/opening, extends through the second slit/opening and protrudes beyond the outer edge.

Multi-pocket folder
A folder including a main panel having an inner face and an outer face, and a slash panel having an inner face and an outer face. The slash panel is coupled to the main panel such that the inner face of the main panel and the inner face of the slash panel form a first pocket therebetween. The folder further includes a first outer panel coupled to the main panel and forming a second pocket with the outer face of the main panel. The folder has a second outer panel coupled to the slash panel and forming a third pocket with the outer face of the slash panel. The main panel, the slash panel, the first outer panel and the second outer panel are all made of a single unitary piece of material.
