The holder is configured to hold the binding component so that an area greater than a half of the binding component in a circumferential direction protrudes to one side of the binding component holding sheet and an area less than the half of the binding component in the circumferential direction protrudes to the other side of the binding component holding sheet.

An apparatus for holding a plurality of documents includes a plurality of dividers. The dividers include a front facing surface, a rear facing surface, an upper end and a lower end. Each divider includes a first attachment member that is attached to a corresponding second attachment member of an adjacent divider so as to form a stacked and interconnected configuration. A frame retains lateral edges of the stacked dividers in which the stacked plurality of dividers define a corresponding plurality of document retaining pockets. In at least one version, the size of the retaining pockets can be selectively and independently adjusted, as needed wherein the apparatus can be used in conjunction with at least one display board, such as a dry-erase board.
