MECHANICAL PENCIL HAVING LEAD BREAKAGE-PREVENTION MECHANISM
A mechanical pencil has a main body housing a lead-feeding mechanism which includes a chuck and a clamping ring. A tapered member is provided at a front end of the main body, and a slider is mounted to undergo back and forth movement within the tapered member. A lead protection pipe protrudes from a front end of the tapered member when the slider moves forward, and an outer pipe is provided at a front end of the tapered member and surrounds a front end of the lead protection pipe. The slider moves backward as the writing proceeds so the lead protection pipe is not bent by a writing pressure, whereby a lead can be fed by a few knocking operations. The outer pipe is fixed to the tapered member or provided on an outer pipe holder inserted into the tapered member. The outer pipe holder is fixed to the inside of the tapered member or disposed to move back and forth in the tapered member.

A multi-pen includes: an upper body; a lower body detachably coupled to a lower side of the upper body; at least one ink lead and a sharp pipe accommodated in the upper body and the lower body; a sharp knob coupled to an upper side of the sharp pipe and having a through hole formed therein; a cover detachably provided at an upper side of the sharp knob; and a sharp exposure part exposed to the outside of the lower body according to an operation of the sharp knob, wherein a sharp lead is supplied to the sharp pipe from the upper side of the sharp knob through the through hole.

One-hand operated multi-pencil
A four color multi-pencil capable of one-handed operation is presented. Each color is contained in a cartridge assembly and each cartridge assembly may be individually selected for use and the material within the cartridge advanced for dispensing by means of a single pressing motion. The multi-pencil is designed to be a snap together assembly. No fasteners or adhesives are required. The multi-pencil contains a main body and a barrel. Housed within the barrel are a plurality of cartridge assemblies. Housed within the main body are a plurality of slide members for actuating the cartridges. Each cartridge assembly contains a mechanism for advancing drawing material or material to be dispensed, which is operated by simply depressing a cartridge selector.
One-hand operated multi-pencil
A four color multi-pencil capable of one-handed operation is presented. Each color is contained in a cartridge assembly and each cartridge assembly may be individually selected for use and the material within the cartridge advanced for dispensing by means of a single pressing motion. Marking Tool
Various embodiments of a hand tool shown a carpenter pencil tool are provided. The carpenter pencil tool includes a holder and a carpenter pencil. The carpenter pencil tool includes an adjustment mechanism that allows a user to change the position of the carpenter pencil relative to the holder when the adjustment mechanism is actuated, improving a user's ability to reach the carpenter pencil. In a specific embodiment, the adjustment mechanism allows a user to change the position of the carpenter pencil with one hand and/or a thumb. In various embodiments, the carpenter pencil tool holder includes a recess on an outer surface configured to engage and hold the carpenter pencil. When the carpenter pencil is held within the recess a pointed object can be extended through the holder at a chosen location to create a compass.
Marking Tool
Various embodiments of a hand tool shown a carpenter pencil tool are provided. The carpenter pencil tool includes a holder and a carpenter pencil.
