PALM PEN
Disclosed is a pen for writing, referred to as a palm pen herein because the body of the pen fits into the palm of a human hand. The palm pen can include a spherically shaped body, and an ink delivery system. The ink delivery system can include a tip having an end connected to the body and an opposite end comprising a nib, an ink conduit having an end coupled to the nib within the tip and an opposite end extending inside the body, and a first ink cartridge fluidly coupled with the opposite end of the ink conduit and contained within the body. The ink delivery system can additionally include a cartridge holder having an active cartridge slot for the first ink cartridge and cartridge storage slots for storage of additional ink cartridges.

Writing method and apparatus

A writing tip secured to the lower barrel may be in selective fluid communication with the writing fluid reservoirs. Integrated highlighting and shading marker system
An integrated highlighting marker includes a multi-component marker ink comprising a base colorant and a tinting colorant. The marking system also includes a highlighting component configured to transform the base colorant from a first colored state to a second colored state based on the tinting colorant. The highlighting component may be configured to transform the primary base colorant from a colored state to a transparent state to reveal the tinting colorant.
Device that produces color on demand
A device for reproducing a color on demand. The device includes a body including a tip and a scanner. The body also includes a control unit, a plurality of ink reservoirs, an ink supply system, a mixing tank and a sensor. The control unit communicates with the scanner and ink supply system to reproduce a desired color that has been scanned.
