LIQUID STORAGE MEMBER FOR COATING TOOLS
Provided is a liquid storage member for coating tools which successfully reduces plastic consumption and reduces environmental loads, by making use of materials based on paper in place of plastics such as polypropylene that has been used for liquid (e.g., ink) storage members. A liquid storage member for coating tools having at least three layers of a paper base laminate composed of an inner layer made of paper base material, and a middle layer of a metal layer or a silica deposition layer, formed on the outer peripheral side of the inner layer; and an outer layer made of the paper base material formed on the outer peripheral side of the middle layer, wherein the paper base material of the inner layer has a density of 0.8 g/cm.sup.3 or more.
HETEROGENEOUS FIBER FLUID RESERVOIRS
The instant disclosure is directed to a heterogeneous fiber fluid reservoir for holding and delivering fluid. A reservoir may comprise a rod having a core component and a surrounding component. Each of the core component and the surrounding component may comprise fibers. The core component may have a first property, and the surrounding component may have a second property different from the first property, or the core component and the surrounding component may each have a different value or range of values for the same property. Alternatively, a reservoir may comprise a rod that includes fibers and has a cross-sectional diameter. At least one property of the rod may vary in value along the cross-sectional diameter of the rod. The property may include, for example, fiber bulk density, fiber diameter, fiber material, fiber morphology, fiber surface tension, capillary force, fluid absorption capacity, color, or combinations thereof.

FIBER-BUNDLED PART FOR WRITING INSTRUMENTS, AND PEN TIP AND WRITING INSTRUMENT USING THE FIBER-BUNDLED PART
Provided is a fiber-bundled part for writing instruments having excellent strength and durability, as well as a pen tip and a writing instrument using the fiber-bundled part, which can be suitably used for pen tips, ink feed cores and relay cores of writing instruments such as marking pens and felt-tip pens. The fiber-bundled part for writing instruments of the present disclosure is used for the ink feed core leading to the pen tip or a writing pen core, and comprises a multifilament of long fibers having different melting points, and the multifilament at least contain crimped fibers.
Refillable writing instrument
The present invention, in general, describes a refillable writing instrument. The writing instrument may comprise one or more master reservoir, one or more slave reservoir, one or more slave reservoir gate and one or more master reservoir gate. The slave reservoir may have reducing cross-section, facilitating fluid flow towards nib of the writing instrument. The slave reservoir gate may comprise at least one of blocking element, blocking element seat, one or more gates, one or more covers and a combination thereof. The slave reservoir gate provides a connection between the master reservoir and the slave reservoir. Further, the blocking element rests over the blocking element seat due to gravity, restricting return flow of the fluid to the master reservoir. The master reservoir gate facilitates clean, easy and fast refilling of master reservoir using fluid container or fluid nozzle without the need of opening the master reservoir cap.

The present disclosure described herein, in general, describes a refillable writing instrument. BIODEGRADABLE MARKER PEN
A biodegradable marker pen including a barrel, a cap, and an ink reservoir. The barrel has a hollow cylindrical structure, the ink reservoir is placed in the barrel, and the cap is detachably coupled with the barrel hermetically. The barrel, the cap, and the ink reservoir comprise 2 to 10 mass percentage of a biodegradable masterbatch respectively.

It is an object to provide a cylindrical molded article that is also excellent in smell retention properties for smelling substances in addition to oxygen barrier properties and is also excellent in the fine appearance of a cut surface when cut, and a barrier plug, a barrier plug-attached container, and an tube for storing ink each using the same. A cylindrical molded article comprising a cylindrical resin layer comprising a resin having a melting point of 140 C. or more; and a vapor-deposited layer disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the resin layer, the vapor-deposited layer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, and diamond-like carbon, and the cylindrical molded article having a total thickness of 100 m or more.

A liquid storage includes at least three layers, an inner layer made of paper base material and an intermediate layer of a paper base laminate having a metal layer or a silica vapor deposition layer formed on the outer surface side of the paper-based inner layer, and an outer layer made of paper base material formed on the outer surface side of the intermediate layer. The paper base laminate is wound into a spiral shape and on the outer surface side of the intermediate layer, the outer layer is also wound into a spiral shape. A polyolefin resin-containing adhesive layer lies in between the inner and intermediate layers and/or between the intermediate and outer layers.
