SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED INSCRIPTION
Systems and methods are disclosed directed toward the inscription of handwritten notes. The embodiments of the present disclosure enable autonomous or semi-autonomous drafting of words, symbols, letters, or signs on sheets of paper or other material using a pen plotter mechanically coupled with a writing instrument.
AUTOGRAPH SUPPORT DEVICE
The autograph support device includes a supporting member that supports an image carrier having a planar image display surface such that the image display surface that displays a mirror-image image of an image displayed on a planar writing surface is located one side of the normal direction of the writing surface of a writing medium having the writing surface, and a half mirror that is arranged between the writing surface and the image display surface to reflect at least a portion of light from the one side of the nomal direction of the writing surface above and allow a portion of the light to be transmitted therethrough, and the image display surface and the writing surface are arranged at an equal optical distance with a planar mirror surface of the half mirror interposed therebetween.
MECHANICAL HANDWRITING PAPER CONTROL APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The invention comprises a method and apparatus for controlling a marking surface, comprising: a backplate positioned to support the marking surface and a lever arm, the lever arm and the backplate forming a continuous single object, wherein bending the lever arm yields a force transferred through the backplate toward the marking surface, where, optionally and preferably the backplate is at least twice as thick as the lever arm, the lever arm has a flexural modulus in a range of one to ten GPa, and the backplate and lever arm form an angle between thirty and sixty degrees with no applied force. Optionally, the backplate supports a paper of a plotter system.

GENERATING MECHANICALLY RENDERED OBJECTS FROM DIGITAL INPUT
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for generating mechanically rendered objects from digital input. In one embodiment, an example method may include generating, by a computer processor(s) coupled to at least one memory, a digital handwriting file comprising one or more digital characters, wherein a first digital character has a first glyph and a second glyph. Example methods may include receiving digital text comprising a set of characters for conversion to physically written text, wherein the set of characters comprises a first instance of a first character corresponding to the first digital character and a second instance of the first character, selecting the second glyph for a first physically written conversion of the first instance of the first character, selecting the first glyph for a second physically written conversion of the second instance of the first character, and causing conversion of the digital text.
