DECORATION PANEL FOR HOME APPLIANCES, HOME APPLIANCE INCLUDING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE DECORATION PANEL
A decoration panel for home appliances having excellent reflectivity and durability, the decoration panel being applicable to outer sides of various home appliances, a home appliance including the decoration panel, and a method for manufacturing the decoration panel. More specifically, the decoration panel for home appliances includes: an aluminum substrate with one surface in which an engraved pattern having a preset width and a preset depth is formed, the engraved pattern having micro unevenness formed in a surface of the engraved pattern; a porous aluminum oxide layer formed on the engraved pattern; and a sealing layer formed to close a plurality of pores of the porous aluminum oxide layer, wherein an edge of the aluminum substrate is in a Chamfering (C) shape or a Rounding (R) shape.
PRESS ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESS ELEMENTS
A Press element and a method for manufacturing a structured press element, wherein a heterogeneous mask is applied on a metallic base element, after which a surface treatment is carried out and the heterogeneous mask has a certain resistance to the surface treatment.
METHOD FOR MARKING ARTIFICIAL TURF MATS
A method for marking artificial turf mats that allows for the obtaining of artificial turf mats with indelible motifs on any of the surfaces of said mats, comprising positioning means for at least one mat and marking means applicable onto at least one surface of said mat, so that said marking means are capable of producing at least one motif onto the surface of said mat.
Electronic Device Housing, Preparation Method Therefor and Electronic Device Therewith
Provided are an electronic device housing, a preparation method therefor and an electronic device therewith. The electronic device housing comprises a housing body and a logo layer, wherein the housing body is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite each other, the first surface is provided with a first area and a second area which are adjacent to each other, the second area is located on the periphery of the first area, and the surface roughness of the second area is greater than that of the first area; and the logo layer is arranged on the first surface, and an orthographic projection of the logo layer on the first surface coincides with the first area.
Electrostatic chuck optimized for refurbishment
An electrostatic chuck includes a metal base plate, an electrostatic puck bonded to the metal base plate, and surface features on the surface of the electrostatic puck. The electrostatic puck includes an electrode embedded in the electrostatic puck. A surface of the electrostatic puck has a flatness of below 10 microns. The surface features include mesas and a sealing band around a perimeter of the electrostatic puck. The surface features have an average surface roughness of approximately 2-6 micro-inches. The corners of the surface features are not rounded.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MATERIAL
A manufacturing method of a material, including: a first process of placing a blast transfer material on a surface of a base material, and a second process of blasting to the surface of the base material through the blast transfer material, wherein the blast transfer material is nonuniform in one or more of density, thickness, and hardness.
Method of manufacturing a watch component
Method of manufacturing a watch component (10) for a timepiece, wherein it comprises a first stage of manufacturing a watch component (10) comprising a first surface (1), in which there is arranged at least one recess (20), that is to say a surface recessed from the first surface (1), and wherein it comprises a second finishing stage the watch component, leading to a change in the surface condition, more particularly the roughness, more particularly measured by the parameters Ra and/or Str, and/or the gloss, of the first surface (1) but not of the at least one recess (20) or of a portion exclusively of this at least one recess (20).
GLASS SET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Provided is a glass set including: a first glass product to which a part of a predetermined mark is visibly attached; and a second glass product to which another part of the predetermined mark is visibly attached, wherein by arranging the first glass product and the second product at a predetermined positional relationship, the predetermined mark become visible. The first glass product and the second glass product may be cups made of glass. Alternately, the first glass product and the second glass product are dishes made of glass.
METHOD FOR ADHERING EMBELLISHMENTS TO A GLASS SUBSTRATE
A method for adhering embellishments to a glass substrate. The method provides a depression in the glass matching the shape of the embellishment, allowing for a lower profile and protecting the adhesive from water and solvents, thus reducing the chance of the embellishment falling off of the glass.
TEXTURED ARTICLES AND METHODS FOR THEIR MANUFACTURE
Provided are textured articles, compositions and processes for their manufacturing, specifically molded articles, having textured or patterned, e.g. randomly-textured, surfaces. In particular, the disclosure concerns compositions and processes for manufacturing molded polymer-based articles that visually and texturally mimic or imitate various materials, such as concrete, marble, ceramics, wood, etc.
