Floating Liquid Material Distribution Device
A floating liquid material distribution device having a plurality of apertures arranged in a grid pattern is disclosed. The device floats on top of liquid material within a container. When a person applies force to the device with an applicator, the device allows liquid material to be evenly distributed through the apertures to the application surface of the device and onto the applicator. As the liquid material is used up, the device follows the top of the surface of the liquid, and thus follows the liquid material to the bottom of the container, always a distance off the paint. Also disclosed is an actuation device that works in combination with a container lid. When the actuation device is actuated, a liquid material distribution device drops down onto liquid contained within the container.
Dripless paint can and paint can lid
Disclosed is a dripless paint can and paint can lid. The device includes a cylindrical paint can having an inner rim disposed along the top end thereof. The inner rim includes a plurality of apertures separated at regular intervals. The apertures are adapted to drain excess paint that sits on the inner rim into the interior of the paint can. The paint can may further include a pivotally attached handle thereon to facilitate the transportation of paint. The present invention further includes a paint can lid having a plurality of protruding members thereon. The protruding members are also separated at regular intervals and can be directly aligned to the apertures on the inner rim of the paint can so that each of the protruding members can be inserted into an aperture. The protruding members lock within the apertures, thereby improving the seal between the paint can and paint can lid.
Protective bib for container
Technologies are generally described for protecting an edge of a container opening from material, such as container contents being moved into or out of the container, and for protecting container contents from contamination from the edge of the container opening, e.g., rust or debris at the edge.
STORAGE CONTAINER WITH SPOUT
A storage container with a spout is provided that can store a coating material. The storage container can include a container body having a shape, which may be a circular shape, polygonal shape, or a rounded-polygonal shape. The container body includes a side wall having first and second ends. The storage container with a spout can include a first opening with a corresponding lid and the spout providing a second opening with a corresponding cap. The storage container can further include a handle formed with an aperture through a side of the container body.
GROOVE PROTECTOR SLEEVE
A groove protection device that includes: a cylindrical wall, where the cylindrical wall is adapted for placement around a container; a countersunk top cap at the top of the cylindrical wall; a containment wall around the top cap; and an opening in the top cap, where the opening enables access to liquid product within the container. The groove protection device may also include a seal under the top cap to assist in groove protection. The seal extends downward into the container and the seal includes a notch to facilitate the placement of the seal into the container. A handle opening may be provided along the cylindrical wall, where the handle opening enables placement of the cylindrical wall over the handle.
Nesting paint tray and paint bucket system, paint tray, and paint tray liner
A nesting paint bucket and tray system includes a paint bucket and a paint tray. The paint bucket has an open upper end with an upper edge defined around the open upper end and a receptacle for holding paint. The paint tray has a depth that is less than the depth of the paint bucket and has an upper edge that is shaped and sized to seat on the upper edge of the paint bucket to permit the paint tray to nest inside the paint bucket. The upper edge of the paint tray supports the weight of the paint tray and any paint inside the tray. The paint tray provides an elevated work surface relative to a paint level in the paint bucket. A tool storage receptacle and a gripping portion for a paint tray is also disclosed.
Paint Bucket and Roller Storage Combination and Methods of Use Thereof
A combination of a paint bucket of traditional size with a paint bucket grid and paint roller with a roller cover attached is described wherein the grid and the paint roller can be stored in the bucket without the handle extending above the brim of the bucket and the roller cover not touching a shallow pool of liquid paint in the bottom of a cavity of the bucket.
STACKABLE MAGNETIZED PAINT BUCKET
A stackable magnetized bucket with integral handle and grate comprises a generally cylindrical container that has a rounded sidewall. The sidewall extends upwardly from a floor wall to a rim that forms an open top. A portion of the sidewall forms a flat side that is sloped inwardly from the rim to the floor wall to enable stacking multiple containers. A grate that rests on the inner surface of the flat side to enable scraping paint from a paint brush or roller. The grate can have multiple textured configurations and openings that enhance the squeezing of paint. The container also comprises an integrated handle that forms at a peripheral flange beneath the rim. The integrated handle is sized to enable gripping the top end of the container. A magnet that positions proximal to the rim, on the outer surface of the sidewall to detachably attach with a magnetized mounting surface.
PAINT CAN ACCESSORY
Apparatus is provided for an accessory for a paint can. The apparatus comprises a roughly cylindrical frame disposed for being securely seated on a paint can, which may securely receive the original paint can lid or a replacement lid. The apparatus may further comprise a sealable spout; an air vent; a rod for wiping paint from a brush; concavities to allow the handle to be used; a splash guard; a collar for securing the apparatus to a paint can; and/or a lid. A user may use the apparatus to store paint, and paint using the paint in the can, or poured from the can, without paint being wasted and covering the can. Paint on the can, or air leaks, creates problems: the paint in the can dries, or the information on the outside of the can and/or can lid is obscured, which the present invention solves.
