Airless flexible tire with Z-tread track pattern
An airless flexible tire including traction lug pairs each having a forward facing traction lug and a rearward facing traction lug cooperatively forming a divided Z or reverse divided Z shape. Each traction lug includes a lateral section and a central section. The central section extends from an end of the lateral section so as to straddle a centerline of the airless flexible tire and includes a number of discrete sidewalls. The discrete sidewalls are different sizes and angled relative to each other. The central sections of paired traction lugs form a space dividing portions of the Z or reverse Z shape. The central sections of nearest traction lugs of adjacent traction lug pairs form a space dividing the adjacent traction lug pairs.
Wheel guard for compactor wheel
A wheel guard includes a guard member disposed on a compactor wheel. The guard member has a first side having a first portion and a second portion. The second portion is offset from the first portion such that to define a first stepped recess therein. The guard member has a second side disposed opposite to the first side. The first portion has a first cross-sectional thickness and the second portion has a second cross-sectional thickness such that the second cross-sectional thickness is lesser than the first cross-sectional thickness. The guard member has a first top surface defined by the first portion, and a second top surface defined by the second portion and partially by the first portion. The second top surface is offset from the first top surface such that to define a second stepped recess therein. The wheel guard includes a base plate and a wear pad coupled thereto.
LOW IMPACT TURF WHEEL AND WHEEL CLEANING SYSTEM
A turf wheel having a wheel rim having an inner and outer surface, and an annular tread portion; a plurality of projections extending radially outward from the outer surface of the wheel rim, wherein each projection provides a stem, a ground contacting pad, and a ground engaging lug; and a hub. A wheel cleaning system having a frame provided by a wheeled apparatus; at least one turf wheel mounted to the frame; a turf wheel scraper assembly, the turf wheel scraper assembly providing a turf wheel scraper and an attachment mechanism, where the attachment mechanism is adapted to be mounted to the frame, and couples the turf wheel scraper to the frame.
Sinusoidal wheel
A wheel set assembly having a plurality of sinusoidal channeled wheels. The sinusoidal channeled wheels having a sinusoidal channel disposed around a circular exterior surface of each of the sinusoidal channeled wheels. The wheel set assembly allows for better maneuverability and longevity in comparison to other materials handling equipment wheels because of the sinusoidal channels. The sinusoidal channels also provide heat dissipation along with the ability to push debris out of the way of the materials handling equipment.
Traction Sleeve Roller
A traction sleeve roller featuring an inner roller and a secured outer traction sleeve that may be rotatably powered when operable to a motor. The outer traction sleeve may be radially offset from the inner roller by a plurality of supporting members positioned between the outer traction sleeve and the inner roller. The plurality of supporting members may secure a plurality of traction members about the inner roller. The plurality of traction members may have a plurality of traction points. A plurality of outer passages pass between the plurality of traction members. A plurality of inner passages pass between an interior surface of the outer traction sleeve and a surface of the inner roller. A foulant may be directed through the plurality of outer passages into the plurality of inner passages when the traction sleeve roller is engaged with a surface having fouling conditions.
Wheel for use with irrigation equipment
A wheel, typically for use in conjunction with an agricultural irrigation system such as a pivot or wheel line. The wheel has a disc shaped body having a hub to attach to an external frame. The wheel has a plurality of feet attached to the circumference of the body. The feet are generally channel shaped having two ends at either end of the channel. The feet are positioned at the circumference of the body either on the circumference or in indentations or grooves on the circumference such that the ends of the feet overhang the body. Preferably the feet have a space, opening or void between the feet to allow for the passage of snow, mud or other material.
Wheel apparatus for self-propelled irrigation system
A wheel apparatus for a self-propelled irrigation system has a center portion, a rim assembly, and a support structure disposed between the center portion and the rim assembly. The rim assembly has a plurality of rigid members spaced apart from each other with longitudinal axes that are parallel with each other and equidistant from the axis of rotation. The rigid members are cylindrical with unsupported ends, and a mounting portion between the ends is connected to an outer periphery of the support structure. The rigid members are held in a fixed position relative to the center portion by the support structure. The rigid members are arranged to contact the ground surface to support the irrigation system with spaces between the rigid members allowing mud and debris to pass freely between the rigid members during operation to enhance traction while minimizing mud from being forced out of a wheel track.
