In one embodiment, the pedestal is pivotally mounted on the walking beam assembly. In another embodiment, a pair of walking beam assemblies are connected with a crosstube that pivotally supports the pedestal. In another embodiment, a major crosstube assembly connects a pair of crosstubes to define a carriage having four walking beams. In yet another embodiment, a compound crosstube assembly connects pairs of major crosstube assemblies to define a carriage having eight walking beams.
Cart caster capable of converting into fixed or swivel type according to travel direction
The present invention relates to a cart caster that is installed on each of the edges of a bottom surface of a manned and unmanned cart to carry a product through a rolling motion, and more particularly, to a cart caster that is automatically converted into a fixed or rotating caster according to a forward/backward traveling direction of a cart to ensure safe travel and thereby easily carry a product and improve work conditions. According to the present invention, since the cart caster is automatically converted into a fixed or rotating caster by an operation of a swiveling conversion unit including an auxiliary wheel that is closely contacted to a wheel according to the forward/backward movement of the cart so as to rotate in only one direction and a fixing pin inserted into a coupling hole of a fixing plate, safe travel may be ensured in order to easily carry a product and improve work conditions.
CASTER APPARATUS AND TRANSFERRING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A caster apparatus is provided. In one embodiment, there is provided a caster apparatus including a caster wheel and a first driving wheel disposed on a first side of the caster wheel. The first driving wheel is configured to be driven by a first motor. A second driving wheel is disposed on a second side opposite to the first side of the caster wheel. The second driving wheel is configured to be driven by a second motor different from the first motor. A first actuator is configured to move the first driving wheel in a vertical direction to a ground according to a curvature of the ground. A second actuator is configured to move the second driving wheel in a vertical direction to the ground according to a curvature of the ground, wherein the first and second driving wheels are configured to steer the caster wheel.
Autonomous surface cleaning robot for wet and dry cleaning
An autonomous floor cleaning robot includes a transport drive and control system arranged for autonomous movement of the robot over a floor for performing cleaning operations. The robot chassis carries a first cleaning zone comprising cleaning elements arranged to suction loose particulates up from the cleaning surface and a second cleaning zone comprising cleaning elements arranged to apply a cleaning fluid onto the surface and to thereafter collect the cleaning fluid up from the surface after it has been used to clean the surface. The robot chassis carries a supply of cleaning fluid and a waste container for storing waste materials collected up from the cleaning surface.
Caster
A caster for equipment and furniture, the caster comprising a support element including a top element and a base element, wherein the top element includes an attachment bolt configured to attach the caster and the base element includes a wheel axle that supports at least one wheel, wherein a replaceable substantially circumferential one-piece support element cover made from a synthetic material that provides a continuous design surface is arranged at the support element.
CASTER UNIT AND MEDICAL APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
A medical apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a medical device; and a plurality of caster units, disposed below the medical device, for supporting the medical device to be movable, wherein each of the plurality of caster units includes: a wheel part; and a shock absorbing member which is configured to support the wheel part and to absorb the shock applied to the wheel part, wherein the shock absorbing member includes: a wheel fixing member for fixing the wheel part; a body fixing member which surrounds the wheel fixing member and is fixed to the medical device; and a cushioning member which is disposed between the wheel fixing member and the body fixing member and is capable of elastic deformation, wherein the shock absorbing member includes: a first deforming part extending in the vertical direction; and a second deformation part extending, from an end of the first deformation part, in a direction different from the extending direction of the first deformation part.
BRAKE MODULE OF A WHEEL MODULE HAVING A WHEEL DRIVABLE ABOUT A WHEEL AXIS BY A DRIVE MODULE AND INDEFINITELY STEERABLE ABOUT A STEERING AXIS
A brake module (1) of a wheel module (2) has an anchor plate (20) adjacent to a wheel (10) and is indefinitely rotatable about the steering axis (L) with the wheel (10). A lifting unit (30) is fixed adjacent to the anchor plate (20) and fixed about the steering axis (L). A brake wheel (21) is arranged on the wheel shaft (11) and is rotatable about the wheel axis (R) with the wheel (10). At least one transfer element (22, 22) extends from the anchor plate (20) towards the brake wheel (21). The lifting unit (30) is configured to move the anchor plate (20) from a first state to a second state. In the first state, the elements (20, 30, 22, 22) are spaced apart without any contact. In the second state, the at least one transfer element (22, 22) abuts against the brake wheel (21) generating a brake force at the brake wheel (21).
Caster with braking device
The present disclosure relates to a caster, having a housing, having an axle pin which is arranged in a housing opening which is oriented substantially horizontally, and on which at least one wheel is mounted, having, at the top, a pin opening oriented substantially vertically, for receiving a pivot pin, and having a braking device which brakes the at least one wheel, wherein the housing opening for the axle pin allows limited vertical displaceability of the axle pin and the braking device comprises at least one resilient housing part which acts on the axle pin.
