Caster for Movable Objects
The invention relates to a caster for movable objects, and more particularly a bed caster, and at least comprises: a running wheel; a fork receiving said running wheel; a guide tube which is designed to be swivelable relative to the fork via at least one bearing; locking means provided on the fork side; and a braking system which can be brought into operative connection with the running wheel and is designed to block rotation of the wheels, characterised in that the braking system includes a brake shoe, a brake spindle, a guide pin and a cup-shaped guide element, wherein the brake spindle has groove-shaped guides, the cup-shaped guide element is provided with projections, and the projections can be brought into operative connection with the guides of the brake spindle in order to form the anti-rotation means.

SWIVEL WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
A wheel locking apparatus for locking the movement of a wheel assembly, said apparatus including an actuating means and a locking assembly. The locking assembly can include at least one locking arm. The actuating means can be configured to extend a locking arm from a first position to a second position. The locking arm is actuated into the second position to engage an aperture of the wheel assembly thereby locking the wheel assemblies. A locking arm having a locking pin portion that can be located at the second end of the locking arm. The locking pin portion can have a cavity wherein a portion of the locking arm fits within the locking pin portion. A biasing means can be located within the cavity and allow the locking pin position to move along a linear axis when a compressive force is applied to the end of the locking pin portion.
LIFT WHEEL LOCK FOR INSTALLING AND/OR REMOVING VAPORIZER VESSELS
A delivery system includes a handheld electric lift configured to lift at least one vaporizer vessel, and a cabinet configured to hold the at least one vaporizer vessel. The lift includes an elongated mast, an effector attached to the mast, a handler configured to move the lift, and at least one caster. The effector is controlled by an electric power source to move along the mast. Each of the at least one caster includes a stopper and a wheel. The stopper is elongated and is disposed above the wheel. The stopper is configured to engage with the wheel to prevent the wheel from swiveling when the stopper is pushed down. The stopper is further configured to disengage with the wheel to allow the wheel to swivel when the stopper is released. The cabinet includes at least one channel configured to accommodate the at least one caster.
WHEEL CONNECTING STRUCTURE AND BABY CARRIER
The present disclosure relates to a wheel connecting structure and a baby carrier. The wheel connecting structure includes a fixed base, a rotatable base, a rotating shaft and an anti-swing member. The rotatable base is rotatably connected to the fixed base by the rotating shaft. The anti-swing member has an abutting portion. The anti-swing member is arranged on one of the fixed base and the rotatable base, and the abutting portion abuts against the other of the fixed base and the rotatable base. The abutting portion is provided with a lubricating structure.
Caster wheel
Disclosed are systems and methods for reducing friction on a brake arm of a caster wheel brake. A washer can be positioned between the brake arm and the support arm to reduce friction in this area. Lubricant can also be provided between the brake arm and the support arm, and also between the brake arm and the brake cam, to reduce the friction in these areas. The presently disclosed embodiments therefore allow less force to actuate the brake arm as compared to prior art caster wheels.

A patient transport apparatus comprises a support structure and at least one caster assembly coupled to the structure to facilitate movement of the structure along a floor. Each caster assembly comprises a wheel, an actuator moveable between three actuator positions, a steer lock assembly moveable by the actuator between a steer and non-steer locked state, and a brake assembly movable by the actuator between a braked and unbraked state. The brake assembly includes a plunger, a retainer coupled to the plunger, a brake pad for sliding movement along the retainer, and a brake biasing element disposed between the plunger and the brake pad to urge the brake pad away from the plunger such that movement of the actuator to place the brake assembly in the braked state simultaneously brings the brake pad into engagement with the wheel and slides the brake pad along the retainer to compress the biasing element.

A patient transport apparatus including a support structure movable between a chair configuration for traversing floor surfaces and a stowed configuration for storage. A seat section is pivotably coupled to the support structure. A caster assembly includes a pin coupled to the support structure and defining a swivel axis, a caster frame arranged to pivot about the swivel axis between a plurality of caster orientations, a wheel coupled to the caster frame and arranged for engagement with the floor in the chair configuration, and biasing mechanism interposed between the caster frame and the pin. The biasing mechanism urges the caster frame toward a stowed aster orientation in response to disengagement between the wheel and floor surfaces occurring as the support structure moves from the chair configuration to the stowed configuration.
Cart caster capable of converting into fixed or swivel type according to travel direction
The present invention relates to a cart caster that is installed on each of the edges of a bottom surface of a manned and unmanned cart to carry a product through a rolling motion, and more particularly, to a cart caster that is automatically converted into a fixed or rotating caster according to a forward/backward traveling direction of a cart to ensure safe travel and thereby easily carry a product and improve work conditions. According to the present invention, since the cart caster is automatically converted into a fixed or rotating caster by an operation of a swiveling conversion unit including an auxiliary wheel that is closely contacted to a wheel according to the forward/backward movement of the cart so as to rotate in only one direction and a fixing pin inserted into a coupling hole of a fixing plate, safe travel may be ensured in order to easily carry a product and improve work conditions.
