Motor drive unit

A motor drive unit, in which an output end of a motor drive system using an electric motor as a power source and a rotator rotatably supported by a bearing unit are arranged side by side in an axial direction, and the output end of the motor drive system and the rotator are drivingly coupled in a relatively displaceable manner by a coupling member in which a plurality of couplers spaced apart in an axial direction are set. The bearing unit of the rotator is arranged such that a center of displacement of the rotator defined by the bearing unit is located between an arbitrary pair of couplers among the couplers.

A forked linkage includes a forked end and a control end. An axially translatable spline coupling is supported and carried by the forked end. A pivot is between the forked end and the control end. A cam is configured to interact with the control end of the forked linkage. The cam includes a profile that defines an axial position of the spline coupling relative to an angular position of the cam. A bias biases the control end towards the cam.

WHEEL ROTATION SPEED MEASUREMENT ASSEMBLY AND WHEEL HUB DRIVING SYSTEM
20230294454 · 2023-09-21 · ·

A wheel rotation speed measurement assembly and a wheel hub driving system. The assembly includes a wheel hub bearer, a synchronous shaft and a compiler. The wheel hub bearer has a central shaft and an outer ring. The central shaft is hollow with an inner cavity and forms a torsion-resistant connection with a vehicle suspension. The outer ring can be driven to rotate relative to the central shaft, and forms a torsion-resistant connection with the wheel hub. The synchronous shaft is arranged in the inner cavity and has an end that is close to the first end has a torsion-resistant connection with the outer ring. The compiler is mounted at an end of the synchronous shaft away from the first end. The assembly has a simple structure and can measure the wheel rotation speed directly. Rotation speed output by this compact wheel hub driving system can be accurately measured.
