MOTOR-VEHICLE WHEEL-RIM PROTECTOR
The invention relates to a device (3) for protecting a wheel rim (2) of a motor vehicle, wherein: an outer side of a rim flange (4) is covered by the device (3); the device (3) consists of a ring (5), the diameter of which is matched to that of the rim flange (4); and the ring (5) has a circumferential tongue (5.2) for fastening the device (3) to the rim flange (4), which tongue can be clamped between an inner side of the rim flange (4) and a side wall of a tyre (1). The device (3) is intended to be held securely on the wheel rim (1) even at very high speeds and correspondingly large forces acting on the device (3). No changes to the wheel rim (1) are necessary, and installation is simple. This is achieved in that the single ring (5) is produced from a hard material and has a continuous radial gap (6) and in that end faces (5.3) of the ring formed by the gap (6) can be connected by means of a clamping screw (8).

Wheel assembly, methods, and applications
A quick release mechanism for a wheel includes a hub and a clip, which interact with a wheel or roller that may or may not be part of the invention per se. The hub is disposable on a drive shaft such that it will rotate with the drive shaft. An optional hub cap is disposable on the wheel and has an opening that is complimentary to the geometry of the hub to allow engagement thereof such that the hub the hub cap rotate together. The clip is disposable on the hub in a closed or an open position so that the hub cap cannot or can be removed from the hub.
VEHICLE WHEEL TRIM
The vehicle wheel trim comprises a disc (1) that in the position of use thereof covers a rim of a vehicle wheel, and means for fastening the disc (1) to the rim, and is characterized in that the means for fastening the disc (1) to the rim comprise a plurality of magnets (2) that can be fastened to screws (7) that fasten the rim to the vehicle.
It allows for achieving a quick, simple and intuitive fastening of the trim to the rim of the wheels of the vehicles, offering important advantages at the level of standardization of rims and screws.

Textile cover for streamlining wide based truck or bus wheels
Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for streamlining wheels. In one implementation, a wheel streamlining device includes a cover assembly having a flexible connection extending around a periphery of a ring configured to contact a tapered portion of a wheel. A hook is configured to removably engage the cover assembly, and a bale is configured to releasably engage an inner surface of an opening in a face of the wheel. A springy portion extends between the bale and the hook and is configured to apply a tension force between the ring and the tapered portion of the wheel.

Wheel cover assembly
The present disclosure relates to a wheel cover assembly for a wheel assembly of a vehicle. The wheel cover assembly can include a bracket configured to be mounted onto the wheel assembly, an outer ring configured to be coupled with the bracket, and an inner cover removably couplable with the outer ring. The inner cover can comprise at least one attachment mechanism having a spring element, a catch and a handle, where the spring element can bias the catch to engage with the bracket or the outer ring to removably secure the inner cover to the outer ring.
Universal Aerodynamic Wheel Cover
An adapter assembly that allows a wheel cover to be attached to a wheel has an insert, a plug, a key and a wrench. The insert attaches through a hole in the wheel cover and has prongs that lock behind a cap lip of the wheel. The plug is screwed into the insert via the wrench, and plug threads push out on the prongs, securing them behind the cap lip. The key is inserted into a locking space between the outer surface of the plug and the inner surface of the insert.
