Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire has a tread reinforcing layer comprising a net structure formed from a tape of rubber coated reinforcing cord(s). The net structure comprises first oblique segments and second oblique segments of the tape which intersect with each other, forming interspaces therebetween. The first oblique segment has a first axial outer part in which the angle of the tape with respect to the tire circumferential direction decreases toward one end in the tire axial direction of the net structure. The second oblique segment has a second axial outer part in which the angle of the tape with respect to the tire circumferential direction decreases toward the above-said one end of the net structure. The first axial outside part is connected to the second axial outside part directly or through a circumferential segment of the tape.

A tire 2 includes: a tread 4 forming a tread surface 20; a band 14 disposed inward of the tread 4 in a radial direction; and a belt 12 disposed between the tread 4 and the band 14 in the radial direction. The tread 4 includes a center region 22 disposed at a center in an axial direction, and a shoulder region 24 disposed on an outer side in the axial direction. The band 14 includes a band cord. The band cord is helically wound and extends in a circumferential direction. The belt 12 includes a belt cord. The belt cord extends so as to be tilted relative to an equator plane. An absolute value of an angle of the belt cord relative to the equator plane is not less than 70° and not greater than 90°.
Tire
A tire with a tread reinforcing layer that includes a ply reinforcing structure formed by winding a cord-embedded rubber tape circumferentially of the tire. The ply reinforcing structure includes first oblique segments and second oblique segments which intersect with each other to form a mesh structure having rhombic spaces. The circumferential lengths of the rhombic spaces are less than ⅔ times the maximum circumferential length of the ground contacting patch of the tire in its normally loaded state.
TIRE COMPRISING REINFORCING ELEMENTS IN THE FORM OF LAMINATED STRIPS
The tire comprises a crown reinforcing zone comprising a ply of strips, each forming an angle of less than or equal to 10° with the circumferential direction. Each reinforcing strip is formed by a laminate made up of n inner composite layers comprising low-modulus oriented fibres parallel to each other, the angle of which with the circumferential direction is, in absolute terms, less than or equal to 10°, together with m outer composite layers on either side of the inner composite layers, comprising high-modulus oriented fibres parallel to each other, the angle of which with the circumferential direction is, in absolute terms, strictly greater than 10°. The high- and low-modulus fibres are coated with a polymer matrix.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire is described which includes a tread, a carcass and a belt structure interposed between the carcass and the tread. The belt structure includes a first and second working belt, wherein the angle of the working belts range from about 12 degrees to about 30 degrees, wherein the belt structure further includes a low angle belt located between the working belts. The first working belt is the radially innermost belt, and is the widest belt. The second working belt is radially outward of the low angle belt, and has first and second lateral ends that are located adjacent first and second lateral belts. The first and second lateral belts are low angle belts. The pneumatic tire may further include an optional third working belt, that is the radially outermost belt.
Run-Flat Tire
A run-flat tire includes: sipes formed in blocks; a belt reinforcing layer on an outer side in a radial direction of a belt layer; and a side reinforcing rubber in sidewall portions, wherein a density of the sipes in a center block is from 0.10 cords/mm or greater to 0.30 cords/mm or smaller, the belt reinforcing layer includes a center reinforcing portion in which more center reinforcing portions are stacked at a center region than at positions other than the center region, a width Wc of the center reinforcing portion is within 0.5 Gr≤Wc≤2.5 Gr with respect to a thickness Gr of the side reinforcing rubber at the tire maximum width position, and an average width of the width Wc of the center reinforcing portion is from 50% or greater to 90% or smaller of a width of the center block.

A band 12 includes a center portion C, a pair of intermediate portions M, and a pair of outer end portions E. The center portion C is formed from a first band member 40 and that extends in a circumferential direction. Each intermediate portion M is formed from a second band member 42 and that extends so as to form a mesh-like shape. The second band member 42 includes a plurality of first tilt portions 44 extending so as to be tilted relative to the circumferential direction and a plurality of second tilt portions 46 extending so as to be tilted relative to the circumferential direction in a direction opposite to a direction in which the first tilt portions 44 are tilted. Each outer end portion E is formed from a third band member 54 and that extends in the circumferential direction.
