Process for tire dismount
Described herein is a method for dismounting a tire from a wheel assembly. The method may comprise inserting at least a first finger and a second finger between a top bead of a tire and a top bead seat of a wheel, pulling a portion of at least the top bead past a plane defined by the outer edge of the top bead seat, and moving the first finger in a first rotational direction away from the second finger. Also described herein is a finger for dismounting a tire from a wheel. The finger may comprise at least one roller having two opposing ends, each end connected to a corresponding end of a roller nest of the finger. Also described herein is an apparatus for removing a tire from a wheel. The apparatus may comprise a wheel alignment assembly, a tire dismount assembly, a bead lifter, and a rotation assembly.
System for removing and replacing tires
A system for removing and replacing tires including a removing tool assembly, a lifting tool assembly and a wheel assembly is disclosed. The removing tool includes an elongated shaft having an arcuate tire hub rest mounted perpendicularly to the distal end of the shaft. The removing tool further includes a threadably adjustable extension for securing the device in the tire rim which is mounted in an anti-parallel direction to the tire hub rest. The lifting tool includes a lifting tool shaft with a lifting base that is used to bring the wheel upright. The lifting tool also includes an inserting portion that also helps to bring the wheel upright. The inserting portion is inserted into a lug nut opening and the lifting base presses against the wheel allow the user to pull towards themselves. The upright wheel is then mounted onto the vehicle with all necessary repairs completed.
Bead breaker tool
A bead breaker tool includes an upper member and a lower member, where the upper member and the lower member are interleaved together to make a lever assembly. The upper member and lower member are detachable from each other, and the upper and lower members are configured as tire irons. Also, the handles of the tire irons may include crossguards.
TIRE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL TOOL AND METHOD
Apparatus and method for installing bicycle tires on rims, and removing the tires from the rims, both with and without tire inserts, is disclosed. The apparatus greatly eases the process of installing and removing a tire from a rim, especially a bicycle tire, and even more especially when a tire insert is used. The apparatus includes an axle that is received in and securely attached to the wheel's hub. A handle is pivotally attached to the axle and a tire removal and installation head is slidably located on the handle.

Tire assembling device
A tire assembling device includes a main body, a holding portion, an abutting surface, a guiding portion, a pressing portion and a protrusion. The main body has a top surface. The holding portion is connected to one side of the main body. The abutting surface connected to another side of the main body is for abutting against a rim surface of the rim. The guiding portion located between the abutting surface and the top surface is extended inclinedly corresponding to a radial direction of the rim. The pressing portion extended from the guiding portion toward a reference direction is protruded from the abutting surface and connected to the top surface. The protrusion protruded from the pressing portion forms a hook portion with an upper edge of the pressing portion and the abutting surface. The hook portion is for hooking a first edge of the rim.

TIRE INSTALLATION TOOL
A tool for installing a tire on a wheel rim comprises a body and a wing. The wing extends from an upper portion of the body to form an overhang over a side of the body, such that the side of the body and an underside of the wing from an open channel for receiving in use an outer peripheral portion of a wall of the wheel rim. The channel extends between a forward portion and a rearward portion of the body. The wing comprises a leading edge and an upper side which are arranged to engage in use with a side wall of the tire. The leading edge of the wing is swept toward the rearward portion of the body and the upper side of the wing is curved about an axis which extends substantially along the channel, to form a convex profile.
