A tire changer apparatus includes: a base, a wheel-holder configured to rotate a wheel around a rotation axis, a first and second column emerging from the base, a first device having an extensible arm carrying a tool, a second device having a respective extensible arm carrying a tool opposite the tool of the first device with respect to an ideal middle plane of the apparatus. The tire changer apparatus further includes: a first and a second bar respectively connecting the arms of the first and second devices, a transmission which connects the first and the second bar to synchronize the movement of the arms of the first and second devices.
TIRE MOUNTING APPARATUS
A tire mounting apparatus includes a rim positioning mechanism, a wheel support mechanism and a mounting frame that are disposed on a base in sequence, and a tire pressing mechanism disposed on the mounting frame. The rim positioning mechanism is configured to position a hub of a rim. The wheel support mechanism is configured to support a side peripheral edge of a wheel. The tire pressing mechanism is configured to press a side peripheral edge of a tire for pressing a bead of the tire into the rim. The operation is simple and labor-saving. The tire mounting efficiency can be improved and the labor intensity can be reduced.
Tire disassembly and assembly booster arm device
The present invention discloses a tire disassembly and assembly booster arm device installed on an upright of a tire disassembly and assembly machine. The tire disassembly and assembly booster arm device includes a first tire pressing arm and a second tire pressing arm. A first polished shaft and a second polished shaft are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upright. An air cylinder hanging frame is installed on the top surface of the upright, and an air cylinder is suspended on the air cylinder hanging frame. One end of a piston rod of the air cylinder is connected to a sliding frame connecting frame. A first sliding frame is connected to the first polished shaft in a sliding mode. The front end of the first sliding frame is hinged to the first tire pressing arm, and the rear end of the first sliding frame is connected to one side of the sliding frame connecting frame. A second sliding frame is connected to the second polished shaft in a sliding mode. The front end of the second sliding frame is hinged to the second tire pressing arm, and the rear end of the second sliding frame is hinged to the other side of the sliding frame connecting frame. The tire disassembly and assembly booster arm device may drive the first tire pressing arm and the second tire pressing arm to descend at the same time, so that a tire is pressed to be separated from a hub, which has convenient operations, realizes an assisting mode of one cylinder with two arms, and has the advantages of simple structure, easy for disassembly and assembly, improves work efficiency, and reduces manufacturing and transportation cost.
TIRE TESTING MACHINE
Provided is a tire testing machine including a tire stripper capable of separating the tire from the upper rim well. The tire stripper includes first and second pressing mechanisms pressing the tire downward, a linking mechanism linking the first and second pressing mechanisms so as to cause them to move in directions of coming close to or separating from each other while keeping a mutually symmetrical positional relationship across the upper spindles radially thereof, and a positioning mechanism operating the linking mechanism to allow the first and second pressing mechanisms to be positioned.
FITTING DEVICE FOR TIRE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TIRE ASSEMBLY
The fit between a wheel and a tire is improved. A tire assembly fitting device fits a bead portion of a tire of a tire assembly, including a wheel and the tire mounted on the wheel, to a bead seat portion of the wheel. The fitting device includes a support portion configured to support the tire assembly, and a pressing portion. The pressing portion is configured to press a first surface portion in a surface of at least one of sidewalls of the tire. The support portion is configured to support the tire assembly so that a second surface portion located in the surface of the sidewall on the opposite side of the rotation axis of the tire assembly from the first surface portion is displaceable in a direction away from the rim center plane of the wheel.

A tyre changing apparatus (1) comprises: a frame (10); a supporting element (11) for supporting a wheel (2) rotatably about an axis of rotation (A); an arm (12) movably connected to the frame (10) to be moved by an actuator (5B, 5B) along a direction of movement (B) parallel to the axis of rotation (A); a bead breaker tool (13) connected to the arm (12) to move between an activated position, where it is in contact with the tyre (3), and a deactivated position, where it is spaced from the tyre (3); a control unit (14). The bead breaker tool (13) includes a mounting element (13A) and a bead breaker disc (13B) which rotates freely relative to the mounting element (13A) and comprises a sensor (131), configured to generate a contact signal (132) representing a rotation of the bead breaker disc (138) relative to the mounting element (13A); the control unit (14) is connected to the sensor (131) to receive the contact signal (132).

The present invention discloses a tire disassembly and assembly booster arm device installed on an upright of a tire disassembly and assembly machine. The tire disassembly and assembly booster arm device includes a first tire pressing arm and a second tire pressing arm. A first polished shaft and a second polished shaft are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upright. An air cylinder hanging frame is installed on the top surface of the upright, and an air cylinder is suspended on the air cylinder hanging frame. Machine for unseating a tire bead from a wheel
Machine for unseating a tire bead from a wheel, comprising a stand designed to rest on the ground, a bearing plate for the wheel, and a bead unseating tool which is connected to a tool bearing structure mobilely mounted to the stand. The machine comprises a pneumatic actuator for setting the tool bearing structure in motion in order to operate the tool, and a shock absorber connecting the tool bearing structure to the stand in order to damp the movement of the tool bearing structure, particularly at the moment at which the tire bead unseats from the rim of the wheel.
