An objective of the present invention is to provide users with a kayak transporting apparatus to assist the users in the transportation of a kayak with minimum effort and strain to the users' body. The present invention provides a kayak carrier for a vehicle that can be adjusted to fit various sizes and shapes of kayak. The present invention is a low-profile apparatus compared to other kayak transporting apparatuses. The kayak transporting apparatus is also intended to be easily stored away as the kayak transporting apparatus is light-weight and the components of the apparatus are detachable from each other. Further, the present invention is a hitch attachment for the rear of a vehicle which facilitates the backing of a vehicle compared to a trailer ball attachment of other kayak transporting apparatuses. Thus, the present invention is a light weight, compact, versatile apparatus for transporting kayaks efficiently.

A second spherical end link is fixed relative to the first spherical end link and has a second spherical joint. A spring bar is pivotably attached to the first spherical link end.

An improved coupler for a tongue on a towed vehicle that attaches to a tow hook mounted on a towing vehicle to either pull the towed vehicle over a road or to pull the towed vehicle located on an elevated surface. The coupler includes an elongated tongue tube attached to the end of the tongue attached to the towed vehicle. Upper and lower rings are axially aligned and mounted or attached to the front surface of the tongue tube. The rings are spaced apart on the tongue tube to allow the towing vehicle to pull or push the towed vehicle over the same roadway or an elevated surface. Brackets are used between the tongue tube and the trailer tongue to prevent compression, collapse, and fore to aft or aft to fore movements. An adjustable jack is attached to the side of the tongue tube. An optional lid is provided over the top opening of the tongue tube that covers a storage compartment inside the tongue tube. An optional chock holder plate and a pair of compatible chocks may be placed inside the storage compartment.

Includes dual connecting adjustable height tongues for attachment to rear end trailer hitches on the tandem towing trailer at which a pair of hitch fasteners for engaging the trailer dolly tongues are attached to the rear of the tandem trailer. The adjustable tongue hitches on trailer dolly will give ability to horizontal level tandem dolly. A shock-absorbing spring is fitted between the axle mount and the dolly frame for cushioning the dolly frame on the axle mount as the trailer is towed behind the towing tandem trailer. In the industry of dollies, the car dolly has no shock-absorbing function, just square axle with hubs for wheels, axle is attached to car dolly frame. There is an option with shock-absorbing mechanism or s non shock-absorbing option.

A vertical, four equal sided tapered post is received inside the tapered collar hole. The post can be rotated 90 degrees in the collar hole. Mounted on top of tapered post is a trailer ball plate with a trailer ball. Also, the ball plate can include more than one trailer balls. This design allows for two different heights of drop hitches on a single hitch. The trailer balls are adapted for pulling different types of trailers behind the vehicle.
