A bellows as gangway protection between two movably connected car bodies or a jetway has a roof and two side parts facing one another. At least the two side parts have a multiplicity of folds or corrugations formed of a bendable sheet material. Each fold or corrugation has a narrow and a longitudinal side. Two folds or corrugations abutting one another are joined along their longitudinal sides. At least one fold or corrugation has at least one reinforcing section and at least two normal sections. The reinforcing section has a thickness greater than the normal sections. The reinforcing section has a narrow and a longitudinal side. The longitudinal side primarily extends in the direction of the longitudinal side of the fold or corrugation. An extension of the narrow side of the reinforcing section is a maximum of 75% of an extension of the narrow side of the fold or corrugation.

FABRIC, MULTI-LAYER FABRIC, TRANSITION ELEMENT, AND VEHICLE, BOARDING BRIDGE, BOARDING STAIRS OR BUILDING CONNECTION
A fabric is for a transition element for the protection of a transition area between two interconnected components or vehicle parts that can move relative to each other. The fabric has at least one first section, and at least one second section. The first section and the second section differ with respect to at least one mechanical property. The first section has at least one material weakening to change the at least one mechanical property in the first section.
Multi-layered sheet material comprising at least one supporting woven fabric, crossway element comprising such a multi-layered sheet material, and vehicle, air passenger bridge or staircase comprising such a crossway element
A multi-layered sheet material (1) including a reinforcing support (2) having a polymer coating (3) on at least one side, alternatively on both sides, wherein the reinforcing support (2) includes at least one textile fabric (6), such as a supporting woven fabric (6a), wherein the fabric (6), has at least two surface regions (13a; 13b; 34a; 34b) that differ from each other in at least one mechanical property, as well as a crossway element, such as a crossway bellows, for components, vehicles, building connections, or for flight passenger bridges or staircase bridges, including at least one such multi-layered sheet material, and a vehicle, a building connection, and a flight passenger or staircase bridge including such a crossway element.
PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A COVER WALL SECTION OF A FLEXIBLE COVER, AND COVER WITH A COVER WALL CONSISTING OF AT LEAST ONE COVER WALL SECTION PRODUCED WITH THE PROCESS
A molding process for the production of a cover wall section for a cover in which the cover wall section has at least one multi-layer fabric that has a reinforcement and, at least on one side, preferably on both sides, a polymer coating, has the following process steps: Provision of at least one multi-layer fabric; draping of the at least one fabric over a molding surface of a mold and stretching of the at least one fabric across the molding surface by at least one tension element; and curing of the at least one fabric and/or the at least one tension element in such a way that the cover wall section is fixed in its shape.
OPEN GANGWAY FOR RAIL VEHICLE AND RAIL VEHICLE HAVING SAME
A gangway for a rail vehicle and a rail vehicle having the same are disclosed. The gangway includes: a bellow assembly, a step plate assembly, and a load-bearing assembly. The bellow assembly includes an outer bellow and an inner bellow. The inner bellow is non-symmetrically arranged with respect to a vertical centerline of the outer bellow. The step plate assembly is arranged at a bottom of the inner bellow, to form a passageway in combination with the inner bellow. The load-bearing assembly is arranged within the outer bellow and below the step plate assembly. The load-bearing assembly includes a coupler and a support assembly. The support assembly is connected with the outer bellow and the coupler. A part of the step plate assembly is arranged directly above the coupler. In the gangway of the present disclosure, the load-bearing assembly is arranged within the outer bellow, a coupler avoidance recess is not required to be formed on the outer bellow, and a part of the step plate assembly may be arranged directly above the coupler, thereby providing a more spacious passageway.
Gangway for a multi-car vehicle and method for attaching a bellows of a gangway to an endframe of a gangway
A gangway for a multi-car vehicle, the gangway comprising a bellows and an endframe, whereby the bellows is attached to the endframe, whereby a crimping element is attached to the endframe, the crimping element having a crimping mouth, whereby a part of the bellows is inserted into the crimping mouth and held inside the crimping mouth and/or a holding element is attached to the endframe, the holding element having a holding surface that faces a counter surface on the endframe, whereby a part of the bellows is arranged between the holding surface and the counter surface and is pressed against the counter surface by the holding element.
Gangway for connecting a first car of a multi-car vehicle to a second car
A gangway for connecting a first car of a multi-car vehicle to a second car, comprising a first vehicle mounting plate at a first end for mounting the gangway to the first car, a second vehicle mounting plate at a second end for mounting the gangway to the second car or to a frame arranged at the second end for mounting the gangway to a second gangway, a first frame arranged between the first vehicle mounting plate and second vehicle mounting plate, or between the first vehicle mounting plate and a frame arranged at the second end for mounting to a second gangway, a second frame between the first vehicle mounting plate and first frame, wherein a bellows is attached to at least one of the first and second frames, first vehicle mounting plate and second vehicle mounting plate or the frame arranged at the second end.
GANGWAY WITH CRIMPING ELEMENT ATTACHMENT FOR A MULTI-CAR VEHICLE
A gangway for a multi-car vehicle, the gangway comprising a bellows and an endframe, the bellows being attached to the endframe, wherein a crimping element is attached to the endframe, the crimping element having a crimping mouth, wherein a part of the bellows is inserted into the crimping mouth and held inside the crimping mouth, wherein the crimping mouth is defined by two sidewalls arranged next to each other and joined together at one of their ends by a bottom wall, wherein respective opposite ends of the two sidewalls are not joined together to provide an opening of the crimping mouth, and wherein the crimping mouth is designed to cause the part of the bellows that is held inside the crimping mouth to be pinched together by means of a pinching effect, the crimping element formed of a material having spring properties such that one of the two side walls can be moved away from the other one of the two side walls only by means of tensioning the two side walls against a restoring force provided by the spring properties of the crimping element.
