The first mounting member (11) is fitted into a fitting hole (2a) formed in the bracket (2). A first guide portion (30) is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the first mounting member (11). A second guide portion (20 is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the fitting hole (2a). The first guide portion (30) is fitted into the second guide portion (2f). The first mounting member (11) is formed of a synthetic resin material, and a metal fitting (40) having first engagement surfaces (42a) coming into contact with the second guide portion (2f) is arranged on the first guide portios (30).
Shock absorber
A shock absorber includes i) a hollow base defining an axial direction and having a first mounting portion, ii) an outer axial tube, having first and second longitudinal ends, and being coaxially mounted into the hollow base via its first longitudinal end so as to allow adjusting a distance of the second longitudinal end relative to the base; and iii) an inner axial tube slidably mounted into the outer axial tube therein; the inner axial tube having a second mounting portion. The hollow tube has an opening therein that defines a window to allow visualizing a part of the outer axial tube therethrough which includes the first longitudinal end thereof.
TOE CORRECTION BUSHING AND REAR SUSPENSION DEVICE
A toe correction bushing including: an inner cylinder; a tubular damping mechanism which surrounds the inner cylinder; a retaining cylinder which surrounds the damping mechanism; an outer cylinder which surrounds the retaining cylinder; and an outer elastic body which connects the outer cylinder and the retaining cylinder. The retaining cylinder includes a bottom plate portion which extends inward in a radial direction from an end portion of the retaining cylinder on one side of an axial direction and a crimped portion which is located at an end portion on the other side of the axial direction and is crimped on the inside of the radial direction. The outer cylinder includes a facing surface which faces the one side of the axial direction and faces a part of a vehicle body. The facing surface is provided with a cushioning elastic body.
VEHICLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A vehicle height adjustment device of the present invention includes a motion conversion unit that includes a rotating member and a linear motion member, and that converts a rotational motion of the rotating member into a linear motion of the linear motion member, a plurality of motors, a driven gear coupled to the rotating member, a plurality of drive gears that meshes with the driven gear, and a spring seat that is coupled to the linear motion member, and that supports one end of a suspension spring interposed between a vehicle body and an axle of a vehicle, wherein after driving the spring seat and then stopping the spring seat, some drive gears of the drive gears are driven in a direction opposite a drive direction of the spring seat.
Chassis control arm
A chassis control arm for a wheel suspension has a control arm body, a spring abutment and an actuator which is arranged between the control arm body and the spring abutment and with which the position of the spring abutment relative to the control arm body can be adjusted. The actuator comprises a lifting gear which is configured as a movement thread and which includes a lifting spindle on which the spring abutment is arranged or on which the spring abutment is axially movably mounted.
DAMPER SPRING SUPPORT AND VEHICLE AXLE HAVING THE SAME
The present document provides a damper spring support and a vehicle axle having the same. The damper spring support includes: a first angle adjustment mechanism configured for being fixed to a vehicle body; a support base configured for supporting a damper spring; and a connection structure configured for detachably fixing the support base to different positions of the first angle adjustment mechanism. If the support base being fixed to different positions of the first angle adjustment mechanism, a damper spring support surface of the support base facing different directions.
Anti-roll wheel suspension system for vehicles, and a method for performing anti-roll of a vehicle with an anti-roll wheel suspension system
An anti-roll wheel suspension system for vehicles includes a first suspension spring and a first damper arranged to be connected to a first wheel, and a second suspension spring and a second damper arranged to be connected to a second wheel. The system further includes a centre part operatively connected to the first suspension spring and the first damper, and operatively connected to the second suspension spring and the second damper. The centre part is arranged between the first suspension spring and the second suspension spring, and between the first damper and the second damper. The centre part is movably arranged in a transverse direction. The centre part, when moving in the transverse direction upon activation from the first wheel and/or the second wheel, is configured for impacting the stiffness of the first suspension spring and/or the second suspension spring.
