A vehicle height adjusting apparatus according to one aspect includes: a vehicle height adjusting member that adjusts height of a seat of a saddle-type vehicle, using hydraulic pressure; an oil supplying portion that supplies oil to the vehicle height adjusting member, using a motor; and a control section that estimates a load applied to the vehicle height adjusting member, from a current supplied to the motor and a stroke correspondence quantity of the vehicle height adjusting member, and controls the oil supplying portion based on the load to adjust the height of the seat.
ELECTRONIC SUSPENSION CONTROL APPARATUS
An electronic suspension control apparatus of the invention is an apparatus that controls an electronic suspension having an electric motor, and under a predetermined operation condition, gradually decreases a thrust force command for the electronic suspension and performs short circuit control on the electric motor once the thrust force command falls to or below a predetermined value. The operation condition is either detection of a command giving a prior notice of stopping power supply to the electronic suspension, a short circuit command as a measure against a collision, detection of a predetermined decelerating vehicle speed, or detection, by a preview sensor, of a change in a road surface which is equal to or above a predetermined value.
CABIN SUSPENSION SYSTEM
A cabin suspension system, adapted to be used in a forestry vehicle, comprising an operator cabin, adapted to control the forest vehicle, spring dampers, mountable between the operator cabin and a vehicle frame, magnetorheological dampers, mountable between the operator cabin and a vehicle frame, sensors, adapted to detect velocity and/or acceleration and/or movement of the cabin, of the vehicle frame and a dampening coefficient of the magnetorheological dampers, and a controlling unit.
RIDE HEIGHT CONTROL ACTUATOR
An actuator includes a first housing, a second housing fixed to the first housing, and a piston configured to translate relative to each of the first housing and the second housing. The actuator also includes a locking device configured to selectively restrain the piston in a predetermined position relative to each of the first housing and the second housing and release the piston. The actuator additionally includes an actuation mechanism configured to activate the locking device to thereby restrain the piston in the predetermined position. Also disclosed is a suspension system for a vehicle employing such an actuator at a suspension corner, wherein the actuator is used to set a ride height of the vehicle at the suspension corner.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A BASE OF A SPRING ELEMENT FOR A VEHICLE
A device for adjusting a foot point of a vehicle spring element includes a first wall element for connecting to a vehicle, a second wall element spaced from the first wall element and connecting to the spring element, and a chamber disposed between the first wall element and the second wall element for changing the distance between the first wall element and the second wall element by changing a volume of the chamber, the chamber having an incompressible fluid and the first and/or second wall element including a passage opening for the incompressible fluid to the chamber. In embodiments, the passage opening is fluidly connectable to a supply/discharge device for the incompressible fluid, and the chamber has a chamber wall with a third wall element extending from the first wall element to the second wall element, the mass of which is constant when the volume of the chamber is changed.
Electronic control device and control circuit for an air suspension system of a commercial vehicle
An air suspension system of a commercial vehicle comprises an electronic control device with a level control valve device. A valve element is coupled to a drive element mechanically coupled to a vehicle wheel or axle. In a first relative position of the valve element and a counter valve element, a port for an air suspension bellow is blocked. In a second relative position, the port for the air suspension bellow is connected to a port for an aeration device. In a third relative position, the port for the air suspension bellow is connected to a port for a deaeration device. Control logic generates a control signal for an actuator which, when a level change is set by an operator, correspondingly changes the relative position of the valve element and the counter valve element or the relative position of the counter valve element and a valve housing.

The work machine includes: a vehicular body; a rear axle attached to the vehicular body to be capable of undergoing a roll motion with respect to an axis extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicular body; and a controller. The controller acquires stability of the center of gravity of the vehicular body, and controls the roll motion of the rear axle with respect to the vehicular body based on the stability.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM
An agricultural machine includes a frame, a ground-engaging element, a suspension system that movably supports the frame relative to the ground-engaging element, wherein the suspension system is configured to apply, for a given displacement of the frame relative to the ground-engaging element, a force based on a force-to-displacement relationship. A control system is configured to receive an input indicative of an operational state of the agricultural machine during operation on a terrain, and automatically control the suspension system to adjust the force-to-displacement relationship of the suspension system based on the operational state.
Industrial vehicle
An industrial vehicle includes a body, an axle pivotally supported by the body, a lateral acceleration sensor determining lateral acceleration applied to the body when the industrial vehicle is turned, an actuator temporally restricting pivoting of the axle while the industrial vehicle is being turned, a vehicle speed limiter limiting traveling speed of the industrial vehicle when the industrial vehicle is turned, and a controller driving the actuator based on the lateral acceleration determined by the lateral acceleration sensor to temporally restrict pivoting of the axle and to limit traveling speed of the industrial vehicle based on the lateral acceleration. In the controller a first lateral acceleration threshold value which is used in judging whether traveling speed of the industrial vehicle should be limited is set larger than a second lateral acceleration threshold value which is used in judging whether pivoting of the axle should be temporally restricted.
