HVAC case
An HVAC case configured to heat airflow for a vehicle HVAC system. The HVAC case has a defrost outlet, a primary demist outlet, a secondary demist outlet, and an airflow control door. The airflow control door is configured to control airflow through each one of the defrost outlet, the primary demist outlet, and the secondary demist outlet.
HVAC air distribution device to promote temperature stratification
An HVAC air distribution device to promote temperature stratification within a larger volume. The device comprised of a front side coupled to a back side defining a cavity for directing a flow of air. The front side comprised of a pliable material and configured for the distribution of the flow of air within the channel. Accordingly, the front side comprises an air permeable portion to release flow from the channel to provide a low velocity of uniform air flow across a length of the device. This low velocity uniform air flow encourages temperature stratification within a distinct area of the larger volume to increase comfort of an occupant and promote efficiency of HVAC systems.
AIR VENT ASSEMBLY
An air vent assembly for a vehicle interior component configured to provide air flow at an outlet from a ventilation system may comprise a housing providing an air flow passage, a cover, a vane assembly to adjust air flow direction at an outlet, a valve assembly to adjust air flow volume from an inlet, a shaft within the passage and an adjuster to adjust air flow direction and/or volume. The vane assembly may comprise a set of vanes to rotate at a ball joint or universal joint to adjust air flow direction. The shaft may be coupled to the valve assembly by a gear mechanism to adjust air flow volume. The assembly may comprise a light module to provide illumination at the outlet. The light source may illuminate a light-transmissive element within the cover. The vane assembly may comprise the light transmissive element.
AIR OUTLET STRUCTURE, COLUMN, AND VEHICLE
The invention relates to an air outlet structure, a column, and a vehicle. The air outlet structure comprises: an air duct; a first air outlet and a second air outlet, the first air outlet and the second air outlet being configured to be spaced apart from each other and parallel to each other; and a first air-inducing channel and a second air-inducing channel, the first air-inducing channel extending to the first air outlet from the air duct, the second air-inducing channel extending to the second air outlet from the air duct, and the first air-inducing channel and the second air-inducing channel being configured in such a manner that a first airflow flowing out of the first air outlet and a second airflow flowing out of the second air outlet intersect and scatter each other. Through the foregoing air outlet structure, the vehicle according to the invention can expand an air supply range, significantly improve uniformity of air supply, and prevent directly blowing air to a passenger.
FRONT WING APPARATUS FOR CAR AIR VENT
Provided is a front wing apparatus which includes a plurality of front wings, a lower spacer which is rotatably coupled to lower portions of the front wings and laterally connects the lower portions of the front wings, an upper spacer which is rotatably coupled to upper portions of the front wings and laterally connects the upper portions of the front wings, a spacer bar which vertically connects the lower spacer and the upper spacer, and a wing knob bar to which the spacer bar is fitted and which is coupled to the wing knob, wherein, when the wing knob is rotated in a left-right direction, the spacer bar fitted to the wing knob bar is moved in the left-right direction, and the front wings rotatably coupled to the lower spacer and the upper spacer connected to the spacer bar are rotated in the left-right direction.
AIR VENT APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
An air vent apparatus for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a rear wing having a plurality of lead wires plated in a longitudinal direction by a laser manufacturing antenna (LMA) method, and a knob connected to the rear wing and configured such that a position of the knob is horizontally adjustable.
At this point, the knob includes a housing surrounding a partial section of the rear wing, an electrode portion located inside the housing and having input and output terminals electrically connected to the lead wire, and a light source electrically connected between the input and output terminals of the electrode portion to emit light into a vehicle.
Air vent for introducing air into a motor vehicle interior
An air vent for introducing air into a motor vehicle interior includes an inlet opening, through which an incoming air flow enters the air vent, an outlet opening, through which an air flow exits the air vent, and an adjuster, which is fluidically and operatively connected to the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The adjuster has at least one entry, which is fluidically and operatively connected to the inlet opening. The adjuster has at least two exits, which are spaced apart from each other and from each of which an open air stream exits into the outlet opening. The adjuster is designed to align the open air streams to a focal point and the adjuster is designed to be located outside of a field of view of the motor vehicle interior.
Lateral vent stick air freshener
An air freshener has a carrier with a pair of tabs defining a gap. A center tab extends from the pair of tabs and defines a longitudinal axis. At least one scented body is carried by one of the pair of tabs. The pair of tabs and the at least one scented body extend laterally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the center tab in opposite directions. The pair of tabs and the at least one scented body have a lateral width greater than a longitudinal depth.
