The invention relates to a device for electrically heating (1) a liquid, comprising a heating body (11), and a housing (3) defining, at least in part, a chamber (30) for circulating the liquid, the heating body (11) comprising at least one electric heating element (7, 9) extending in the chamber (30) and attached to an inner wall of the device defining, at least in part, the chamber (30) for circulating the liquid, so as to form a first mechanical connection. According to the invention, the electric heating device (1) comprises at least one mechanical connecting element (21) arranged in the chamber (30) and mechanically connecting the at least one electric heating element (7, 9) to an inner surface of the housing (3) extending opposite the heating body (11), so as to form a second mechanical connection separate from the first mechanical connection.

The present invention relates to an electric fluid-heating device (1), in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a housing having a first fluid-circulation chamber (21), at least one electric heating element (4) for heating the fluid in said first chamber (21), an electronic board (81) for controlling a current circulating in said electric heating element or elements (4), at least one thermal sensor. Said device is characterised in that the thermal sensor or sensors are positioned on the electronic board (81) and thermally connected to the first chamber (21) via a heat sink (9).
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE HEATING SYSTEM
A recreational vehicle heating system comprises: a heating medium heater, a hot water supply heat exchanger, a heating medium circuit including a pump and a waste heat exchanger, and a heating medium tank compartmented by vertical partitions configured to allow for the heating medium flow over the partitions from one compartment to another in a sequential order, the hot water supply heat exchanger being arranged in one of the tank compartments, while the other tank compartments are part of heating medium circuits each including a pump and a waste heat exchanger. The first tank compartment in said sequential order is connected, via a conduit, to the heating medium heater, while the last tank compartment in said sequential order is configured to allow for the heating medium flow over to the conduit for the heating medium transfer by a pump via the heater to the first compartment.

The invention, according to a first aspect, relates to a cover (4) of an electronic interface housing (300) of an electrical heating device for a motor vehicle, the cover (4) comprising at least one pressing member (44a, 44b) and at least one pressing element (45) which are configured to be in contact with a printed circuit board (5) when the cover (4) is fixed on the electronic interface housing (300), a free end of the at least one pressing member (44a, 44b) extending in a first transverse plane (451) and a free end (4501) of the at least one pressing element (45) extending in a second transverse plane (452), the at least one pressing member (44a, 44b) and the at least one pressing element (45) being arranged so that they project, in a direction perpendicular to a reference plane (400) of the cover (4), from an inner face of the cover (4) intended to face toward the inside of the electronic interface housing (300), characterized in that the first transverse plane (451) and the second transverse plane (452) are substantially parallel to one another and to the reference plane of the cover, strictly not coincident with one another or with the reference plane (400) of the cover (4), the second transverse plane (452) being, in a direction perpendicular thereto, closer to the reference plane (400) of the cover (4) than the first transverse plane (451).
HEAT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A heat management system of the present invention comprises: a coolant heater for heating coolant; a first coolant pump which is connected to a coolant inlet or a coolant outlet of the coolant heater to pump the coolant and is coupled to the coolant heater; and a second coolant pump which is connected to a battery side to pump the coolant and is coupled to the coolant heater, wherein the coolant heater, the first coolant pump, and the second coolant pump are arranged in an engine room of a vehicle. Thus, a loss of coolant pressure can be reduced in a pipe which connects components constituting a coolant system of the vehicle, such that the performance of the system is improved and noise and vibration in the interior of the vehicle may be reduced.
Coolant heater
The present invention relates to a coolant heater comprising: a heating element for heating coolant; a first housing for accommodating the heating element; a cover plate for sealing the first housing in which the heating element is accommodated; a temperature fuse provided in an external space formed by coupling the first housing and the cover plate, and disposed to be adjacent to the cover plate; and a second housing for pressing the temperature fuse so as to pressurize the same toward the cover plate, wherein overheat sensing responsiveness of the heating element is improved such that the overheat of the heating element can be prevented, and failure factors in a part in which the temperature fuse is coupled are reduced such that a durability is improved.
Heat management system
A heat management system of the present invention comprises: a coolant heater for heating coolant; a first coolant pump which is connected to a coolant inlet or a coolant outlet of the coolant heater to pump the coolant and is coupled to the coolant heater; and a second coolant pump which is connected to a battery side to pump the coolant and is coupled to the coolant heater, wherein the coolant heater, the first coolant pump, and the second coolant pump are arranged in an engine room of a vehicle. Thus, a loss of coolant pressure can be reduced in a pipe which connects components constituting a coolant system of the vehicle, such that the performance of the system is improved and noise and vibration in the interior of the vehicle may be reduced.
