LAMINATED VEHICLE GLAZING, ASSOCIATED DEVICE HAVING A NEAR-INFRARED VISION SYSTEM, AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
A vehicle laminated glazing includes a first extraclear glass sheet (exterior glazing), a lamination interlayer and a second glass or plastic sheet (interior glazing) with a traversing hole.
Interlayer film for laminated glass and laminated glass
There is provided an interlayer film for laminated glass with which the visibility can be made uniform over the whole area of laminated glass. The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention contains a thermoplastic resin and a heat shielding compound and has one end and the other end being at the opposite side of the one end and having a thickness thicker than the one end, the absolute value of a difference between the thickness of a thickest portion and the thickness of a thinnest portion is 0.1 mm or more, and in a sheet of laminated glass prepared by sandwiching the interlayer film between two sheets of heat ray-absorbing plate glass with a thickness of 2.1 mm, the absolute value of a difference between the visible light transmittance at the thickest portion of the interlayer film and the visible light transmittance at the thinnest portion of the interlayer film is 4% or less.
WRAP AROUND VEHICLE WINDSHIELD
Systems, methods, and devices for a vehicle windshield are disclosed herein. A vehicle includes a vehicle body comprising a front, a first side, and a second side, wherein the first side and the second side are opposite one another on the vehicle body. The vehicle comprises a cabin located within the body of the vehicle, wherein the cabin comprises an interior that is configured to accommodate at least one person. The vehicle comprises at least one door that provides ingress and egress to the interior of the cabin of the vehicle. The vehicle comprises a windshield that provides a visual line of sight out of the cabin for a user located within the interior of the cabin, and wherein the windshield extends across the front and at least partially on to at least one of the first side or the second side.

OPTICAL SENSOR
An optical sensor includes a substrate having a plurality of first light receiving elements in a surface, and a light blocking film having a plurality of first openings. The first light receiving elements are provided such that a direction of travel of incident light defined by each of the first openings is different from a thickness direction of the substrate and form at least one light receiving element set in which an angle of incidence defined between the direction of travel of the incident light and the thickness direction is the same with respect to the light receiving elements. In a view projected in the thickness direction, a positional relationship between the first light receiving elements included in a light receiving element set and the corresponding first openings has rotational symmetry of order 3 or more about an axis along the thickness direction.
LAMINATED GLASS AND VEHICLE WINDOW
A laminated glass includes a first glass plate; a second glass plate with a plate thickness which is less than a plate thickness of the first glass plate; and an intermediate film. The first glass plate and the second glass plate are laminated via the intermediate film. An external dimension of the second glass plate is less than an external dimension of the first glass plate. At least a part of an outer peripheral edge of the second glass plate is located on an inner periphery side with respect to an outer peripheral edge of the first glass plate.
GLAZING SYSTEM AND SEALING METHODS
Systems and methods including various glazing devices are provided for attaching a window structure to a frame of a vessel or vehicle to form a seal therebetween.
INTERMEDIATE FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASSES, AND LAMINATED GLASS
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass with which double images in laminated glass can be significantly suppressed. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention has one end, and the other end having a larger thickness than the one end, the interlayer film has a region for display corresponding to a display region of a head-up display, and when first partial wedge angles θ1 are calculated in respective first partial regions of 80 mm in the direction connecting the one end and the other end centered at respective selected points, second partial wedge angles θ2 are calculated in respective second partial regions of 40 mm in the direction connecting the one end and the other end centered at respective selected points, and |θ1-θ2| is calculated from θ1 and θ2 in the first partial region and the second partial region centered at the same point in the direction connecting the one end and the other end, a maximum value among all values of |θ1-θ2| is 0.2 mrad or less, and the interlayer film as a whole has a wedge angle of 0.1 mrad or more.
