BIDIRECTIONAL WINDOW SCREEN FOR A VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a bidirectional window screen for a vehicle, which can be independently deployed forward and backward, respectively, while moving in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle. The bidirectional window screen for the vehicle includes a guide having upper and lower ends installed on a frame and a roll screen wound around the inside of the guide to be withdrawn from the guide or stored in the guide, in which the guide is slidable in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle.
Winding device for a roller blind arrangement, roller blind arrangement and roof arrangement
A winding device for a roller blind arrangement, in particular for a vehicle, which has a winding element having a longitudinal axis. The winding element is constructed to be rotatably supported about the longitudinal axis on a vehicle and to wind and unwind a roller blind web. The winding device further has a coil spring having an axially extending hollow space, wherein the winding element is connected to the vehicle by means of the coil spring and the coil spring enables a rotational movement of the winding element relative to the vehicle. In addition, the winding device has a rod element which is arranged in the hollow space of the coil spring for guiding the coil spring, wherein the rod element is constructed in such a manner that the rod element radially tensions the coil spring.
SHAFT ASSEMBLY, APPARATUS FOR SHADING WINDOW AND APPARATUS FOR LUGGAGE SCREEN OF AUTOMOBILE HAVING SHAFT ASSEMBLY
The shaft assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a shaft connected to a blind sheet; a pair of end caps each being coupled to one side and the other side of the shaft to perform the rotational movement together with the shaft; a gear unit connected to either one of the pair of end caps and has a plurality of gears to interlock with the rotational movement of the shaft; and an elastic unit connected to any one of the plurality of gears of the gear unit and providing an elastic force so that the gear unit provides a rotational driving force to the shaft between a deployed position and a retracted position of the blind sheet.
Shading blind for a roof window of a motor vehicle
A shading blind for a roof window of a motor vehicle having two guide rails, a roller blind element which has two lateral, flexible guide structures with which it is guided in the guide rails, and a receiving space for the roller blind element, the roller blind element being adjustable between an extended position in which it is largely located outside the receiving space, and a retracted position in which it is largely located in the receiving space, wherein the receiving space has a length which is approximately half of the adjustment path between the extended and the retracted positions, the height of the receiving space is such that when the roller blind element is deflected in the receiving space by approximately 180°, the guide structures are only elastically deformed and a rear edge of the roller blind element is permanently attached in the receiving space.
Door curtain assembly having variable screening rate structure
A door curtain assembly having a variable screening rate structure may include an internal curtain provided to be wound in a door trim and having patterns; an external curtain provided to be wound in the door trim and having a plurality of patterns; a control knob to which an upper edge portion of the internal curtain and an upper edge portion of the external curtain are fixed, and which is configured to adjust the positions of the internal and external curtains so that a rate at which the patterns of the internal curtain and the patterns of the external curtain overlap with each other may be changed, whereby the screening rate may be adjusted; and a curtain hook disposed on an upper end portion of a door frame so that the control knob may be locked to the curtain hook.
Roll shade device
A roll shade device includes: a fixed shaft fixed to a roof of a vehicle and extending in a vehicle width direction; a flexible rotation shaft into which the fixed shaft is inserted; a light shielding sheet whose first terminal end portion is fixed to the rotation shaft, and which is in an unfolded state where light passing through a light transmitting portion provided to the roof is blocked or is in a winding state where light is allowed to pass; and a torsion spring which is accommodated between the fixed shaft and the rotation shaft, and which biases the rotation shaft in a rotation direction in which the light shielding sheet is wound so that twist of the rotation shaft becomes symmetrical in the vehicle width direction.
Retractable sunscreen
The dashboard-mounted retractable sunscreen comprises a sunshade, a dual hook mechanism and a plurality of jacks. The dual hook mechanism: a) adds one or more additional hooks to the top rod; and, b) allows the position of each of the plurality of hooks to move in a direction parallel to the center axis of the top rod.
SHADE ASSEMBLY USED IN VEHICLES
A shade assembly includes a tube, a rod disposed linearly within the tube, a first mounting member through which the rod is passed, a first spring wound onto the rod, and opposing caps at which the ends of the tube are located. The shade assembly includes a first protrusion which is fixed to the second cap from one end of the rod such that it prevents a rotational movement, a first grooved portion configured to mount one side of the first spring to the first mounting member, and a hook portion configured to be connected to other end of the rod from another side of the first spring.
Winding mechanism for a sunscreen
A winding mechanism for a sunscreen, for use in an open roof construction for a vehicle, includes a winding shaft which is supported at each longitudinal end to a stationary part of the open roof construction and forming a central axis for rotation. A winding tube for the sunscreen is rotatable around the central axis. At least one spring member is configured to bias the winding tube in a direction for winding the sunscreen thereon. The spring member is arranged adjacent to an inner surface of the winding tube and an outer surface of the winding shaft. At least one sleeve is configured to engage the spring member and inhibit noise from the spring member. The sleeve comprises an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the at least one sleeve is connected along its inner surface to the winding shaft or along its outer surface to the winding tube.
