SHADE ASSEMBLY USED IN VEHICLES
A shade assembly includes a tube, a rod disposed linearly within the tube, a first mounting member through which the rod is passed, a first spring wound onto the rod, and opposing caps at which the ends of the tube are located. The shade assembly includes a first protrusion which is fixed to the second cap from one end of the rod such that it prevents a rotational movement, a first grooved portion configured to mount one side of the first spring to the first mounting member, and a hook portion configured to be connected to other end of the rod from another side of the first spring.
ROOF SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE COMPRISING A SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY
A roof system for a vehicle includes a sunshade assembly, which comprises a flexible sunscreen having opposed longitudinal and transversal edges and a winding shaft carrying a winding roller configured for winding and unwinding the sunscreen. The roller is provided with an internal spring connected between the roller and the shaft and is preloaded to wind the sunscreen thereon. Two drive cables extend along and are capable of a movement parallel to the longitudinal edges of the sunscreen. The cables are connected to opposite ends of an operating beam for moving it to wind and unwind the sunscreen. A rotatable gearwheel is positioned at only one end of and concentrically fixed to the shaft and is drivably in engagement with one of the drive parts, such that a displacement of said one of the drive parts results in a rotation of the shaft in the same direction as the roller.
POP-UP DEPLOYING TYPE DOOR CURTAIN ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
An embodiment pop-up deploying type door curtain assembly for a vehicle includes a curtain deployable to cover a door glass when drawn out from a vehicle door, a rod configured to be installed on the vehicle door to ascend and descend and configured to support the curtain in a deployed state, a slider fixed to the rod and configured to ascend or descend integrally with the rod, a first drum apparatus configured to elastically support the slider in an ascending direction in order to allow the curtain to be deployed, and a button apparatus configured to limit a deployment of the curtain in a state in which the curtain is accommodated in the vehicle door.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A ROLLER BLIND ASSEMBLY
A method is provided for operating a roller blind assembly, wherein the roller blind assembly is configured for direct driving of a winding tube and a rollo screen movable between a closed position and an opened position. The method includes operating a motor to drive the winding tube of the rollo assembly, setting a first threshold based on an operating condition, and monitoring an operating parameter indicative of speed of the winding tube. The method further includes assessing when the operating parameter crosses the first threshold, and generating a trigger signal based on the assessment of the operating parameter.
