SEALING SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING DRAINAGE DEVICE TO VEHICLE WINDOW GLASS
A sealing system for connecting a drainage device to a vehicle window, includes a fixing section for being connected to the vehicle window glass and an engaging section for being detachably connected to the drainage device, the engaging section including a supporting body, an elastic arm, and a transition portion connecting the supporting body to the elastic arm; wherein the sealing system further includes a positioning element connected to the transition portion and the supporting body, the positioning element being at least partially elastically deformable; further, the positioning element includes an elastic leg connected to the transition portion and an engaging head connected to the supporting body, the engaging head having a cross section presenting a U-shape or V-shape, and the U-shape or the V-shape having an opening oriented towards the supporting body.
Glass run
A glass run having a general portion formed by extrusion molding and a mold-forming portion that connects terminals of the general portion attached to a corner portion of a door frame has a substantially U-shaped cross section including a vehicle exterior side wall, a vehicle interior side wall, and a bottom wall joining the vehicle exterior side wall and the vehicle interior side wall; and has a vehicle exterior side seal lip and a vehicle interior side seal lip that obliquely protrude in an inner direction of an opening having the substantially U-shaped cross section from the vehicle exterior side wall and the vehicle interior side wall, respectively, and the vehicle exterior side seal lip of the mold-forming portion is formed with a seal lip extension portion having a seal lip length extended as compared to the vehicle exterior side seal lip formed in the general portion.

A glass run having a general portion formed by extrusion molding and a mold-forming portion that connects terminals of the general portion attached to a corner portion of a door frame has a substantially U-shaped cross section including a vehicle exterior side wall, a vehicle interior side wall, and a bottom wall joining the vehicle exterior side wall and the vehicle interior side wall; and has a vehicle exterior side seal lip and a vehicle interior side seal lip that obliquely protrude in an inner direction of an opening having the substantially U-shaped cross section from the vehicle exterior side wall and the vehicle interior side wall, respectively, and the vehicle exterior side seal lip of the mold-forming portion is formed with a seal lip extension portion having a seal lip length extended as compared to the vehicle exterior side seal lip formed in the general portion.
VEHICULAR MOLDING
The present invention is a vehicular molding (1) including: a base part (2), an upper touch lip (3) and a lower touch lip (4), wherein the upper touch lip (3) includes an upper root part (3a), an upper sliding part (3b), and a sealing part (3c), and the lower touch lip (4) has a lower root part (4a) and a lower sliding part (4b). A tip end of the upper sliding part (3b) is located outside a tip end of the lower sliding part (4b) with respect to the base part (2) as a center in a state where the tip end of the upper sliding part (3b) is not in contact with a retractable door glass (13).

The present invention is a vehicular molding (1) including: a base part (2), an upper touch lip (3) and a lower touch lip (4), wherein the upper touch lip (3) includes an upper root part (3a), an upper sliding part (3b), and a sealing part (3c), and the lower touch lip (4) has a lower root part (4a) and a lower sliding part (4b). A method for manufacturing an automobile weather strip comprises: (a) weather strip manufacturing step wherein the seam material and a thermoplastic elastomer are extruded and molded; (b) pretreatment step wherein the surface of the weather strip manufactured is pretreated; (c) slip agent applying step wherein a slip agent made by mixing silicone and polyurethane is applied to the surface of the weather strip pretreated through the pretreatment step; and (d) curing step wherein the slip agent coating layer formed through the slip agent applying step is cured.
