Door frame for vehicle
A door frame for a vehicle includes an inboard panel that includes an outer peripheral wall, an inner peripheral wall spaced apart from the outer peripheral wall, and an inboard side wall connecting the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall. The outer peripheral wall extends obliquely from the inboard side wall at a predetermined angle. The doorframe also includes an outboard panel coupled to the inboard panel. The outer peripheral wall has a mounting hole for mounting a door weatherstrip.
Glass run
A glass run having a general portion formed by extrusion molding and a mold-forming portion that connects terminals of the general portion attached to a corner portion of a door frame has a substantially U-shaped cross section including a vehicle exterior side wall, a vehicle interior side wall, and a bottom wall joining the vehicle exterior side wall and the vehicle interior side wall; and has a vehicle exterior side seal lip and a vehicle interior side seal lip that obliquely protrude in an inner direction of an opening having the substantially U-shaped cross section from the vehicle exterior side wall and the vehicle interior side wall, respectively, and the vehicle exterior side seal lip of the mold-forming portion is formed with a seal lip extension portion having a seal lip length extended as compared to the vehicle exterior side seal lip formed in the general portion.
Glass run
A glass run includes a body part including exterior and interior side walls and a bottom wall connecting the exterior and interior side walls; an exterior lip projecting from the exterior side wall toward the bottom wall and configured to slidably contact an exterior side of a door glass; and an interior lip projecting from the interior side wall toward the bottom wall and configured to slidably contact an interior side of the door glass. The interior lip includes a base end portion extending toward the bottom wall and is curved to be oriented toward an exterior of the vehicle as extending to its distal end portion, and the interior side wall includes a protuberance protruding toward the exterior, and the protuberance is positioned to be able to contact the interior lip when the interior lip is pressed toward an interior of the vehicle by the door glass to deform.

Vehicle Door Structure And Window Sealing System for Vehicle Door
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile door frame structures and window sealing systems. The invention includes a door body, on which a window frame is arranged, and sliding grooves. A glass body flush with the door body, and one side of the glass body has a concave surface and a convex surface on the other side. At least one side of the glass body is provided with a guide piece, and the guide piece is slidably installed in the sliding groove. An arc-shaped limiting member is arranged on the guide piece. A bump limiter is arranged on the side of the guide piece. Since the bump limiter is a solid structure and the inner side of the arc-shaped limiting member is hollowed out, the bump limiter can resist greater pressure than the arc-shaped limiting member during the glass lifting process, preventing dislocation between the door and the glass to ensure good sealing between the door body and the glass body during long-term use.

RUN CHANNEL WITH ADHESIVE WEAR TAPE
A run channel for a vehicular door includes a corner section and adhesive wear tape. The corner section includes window surfaces facing interiorly to the corner section, door structure surfaces facing exteriorly to the corner section, and a wear spot on a door structure surface. The adhesive wear tape is applied to the wear spot, and includes a backing configured to shield the wear spot from wear.

GLASS RUN
A glass run includes: a bottom wall; a vehicle-outer-side side wall; and a vehicle-inner-side side wall. The bottom wall, the vehicle-outer-side side wall and the vehicle-inner-side side wall configure a basic framework being attached to a door frame groove portion formed in a door frame. The glass run guides an up and down movement of a door glass. A thick portion that protrudes to a vehicle inner side, is in sliding contact with the door glass, and has a higher hardness than that of the vehicle-outer-side side wall is formed on a vehicle inner side of the vehicle-outer-side side wall. When a thickness of the thick portion is set to t1 and a sum of thicknesses of the thick portion and the vehicle-outer-side side wall is set to T, t1 is 0.4 T or more and 1.0 T or less.
