Delivery vehicle with flexible storage
A delivery vehicle has separate compartments with a common sidewall. Doors that are interchangeable between the compartments close the compartments. A latching assembly between the doors and sidewall limits movement of the sidewall when only one of the doors is closed. The compartments are combined into a single compartment by moving the sidewall when the doors are open. A hinge assembly connects the doors. A contact and wiper assembly between the doors carries power and commands for the hinge assembly.

An emergency exit door assembly for a vehicle. The door assembly can include a door panel that is movably coupled to the wall of the vehicle. The door panel can have an inner surface and an outer surface. The door panel can be configured for selective movement between a closed position and an open position in which an opening within the wall is exposed. A headboard component can be incorporated into the door panel, and a bed pedestal within the vehicle can be positioned in proximity to the headboard component when the door panel is in a closed position.

A recreational or utility vehicle system comprising a motorized member that allows for opening of a cargo door utilizing motorized movement to release the cargo door as well as a manual activation device that allows for opening of the cargo door in a manual and mechanical manner. In one arrangement, the recreational or utility vehicle system provides the convenience of opening the cargo door by a simple press of a button which activates the motorized movement. This arrangement also provides for opening of the cargo door when the motorized member fails or when power is unavailable.

An automotive vehicle with a storage compartment has a cabin, a set of rear wheels located behind the cabin, a cargo space, and a closable integrated storage compartment located adjacent to the cabin, rearward of a rear-most seat of the automotive vehicle, and forward of the set of rear wheels. At least a portion of the storage compartment is positioned forward of a forward wall of the cargo space. The storage compartment has at least one sidewall enclosing an interior portion of the storage compartment and extending from a first side panel at a first side of the automotive vehicle toward a second side of the automotive vehicle, a first opening to the storage compartment at the first side of the automotive vehicle, and a first door at the first opening. The first door has a first step member with a horizontal step surface when open.
Tour bus
A tour bus includes a vehicle body, a front door, a rear door, a plurality of wheels, a luggage compartment door and a movable placing portion. The front door, the rear door and the luggage compartment door are all disposed at one lateral side of the vehicle body, with the luggage compartment door between the front door and the rear door. The wheels connected individually to a bottom of the vehicle body are used for displacing the vehicle body. The movable placing portion is foldably disposed in a storage area of the vehicle body. The movable placing portion includes a placing platform and a supportive structure. The placing platform can protrude out of the storage area of the vehicle body. The supportive structure is pivotally connected with the placing platform, and the supportive structure supports the placing platform while the placing platform is moved out of the vehicle body.

CUSTOMIZABLE EXTERIOR VEHICLE PANELS
A customizable exterior panel assembly can include a customizable exterior panel which is configured to be selectively coupled to an inner panel of a vehicle and to a fastening joint of the vehicle. The customizable exterior panel can be selectively coupled to the inner panel by an attachment point of the customizable exterior panel. The fastening joint can effectuate selective coupling of the customizable exterior panel to the inner panel and selectively attaches to the attachment point of the customizable exterior panel for selective coupling of the customizable exterior panel by the attachment point to the fastening joint.
LAND VEHICLE WITH TECHNICAL HATCH
A land vehicle includes a body, a technical compartment opening onto an outer wall of the body; and a closing device that closes the technical compartment. The closing device includes first and second flaps, which are rotatable relative to the body, and a central element, which is connected to the body between the flaps. In a closed configuration of the closing device, each of the flaps extends in a longitudinal direction with one end of each in contact with the central element, so that the flaps close the technical compartment. In an open configuration of the closing device, both of the flaps folded against the outer wall or against the central element, so as to provide access to the technical compartment.
Bunk bed/ storage shed arrangement
A bunk bed apparatus is provided, having at least upper and lower bunks, and which encloses a storage area under the lower bunk when the lower bunk is usable for sleeping, and encloses a larger storage area under the upper bunk when only the upper bunk is usable for sleeping, the lower bunk being moved to form an enclosing wall of the larger storage area. The apparatus can be disposed within a vehicle, such as an RV, adjacent a closable opening to the exterior of the vehicle, which gives full access to both sizes of the storage area. The apparatus can be formed with a slideable end wall which contains a pocket for receiving and storing an access ladder for the upper bunk, and that end wall can form a closable opening for the storage area.
