In the folded state, the extendable storage unit occupies minimal area of the surface or the platform it is mounted on, and transforming the storage unit from folded state to deployed state and vice versa can be handled manually or automatically.

A configurable common deck system includes a support frame, and a plurality of decking planks. The support frame is configured to attach to the original equipment (“OE”) chassis of a vehicle. A retractable sliding/folding slanted back soft top assembly for 4-door and 2-door SUVs. A fabric cover is supported by a frame that is at least partially articulatable from at least a closed position to an open air position. The frame includes at least one forward fabric support bow member and at least one rearward fabric support bow member. The rear fabric support bow member being positioned when in the closed position in a manner which allows the fabric to clear a sport bar or “roll bar” member of a vehicle in the closed position such that a rear portion of the top is angled from the vertical when viewing the vehicle from the side.

A telescoping truck bed shell is disclosed herein. A hard top has a connection that is used to connect the hard top to the plurality of rails. There is at least one connection on the hard top that is slidable in the one or more rails between an installed position and a removed position. The hard top can be fully removed from the vehicle body and the one or more rails.
