A tonneau cover system, comprising: (a) one or more brackets secured to at least one of a pair of opposing sidewalls of a cargo box of a vehicle; (b) a foldable tonneau cover having a plurality of interconnected panels, at least one of the plurality of interconnected panels including: (1) one or more latch assemblies that engage the one or more brackets; and (2) an actuator assembly connected to each of the one or more latch assemblies by a cable, wherein actuation of the actuator assembly moves the cables that in turn release engagement of the one or more latch assemblies from the one or more brackets.

A tonneau cover system, comprising: (a) one or more brackets secured to at least one of a pair of opposing sidewalls of a cargo box of a vehicle; (b) a foldable tonneau cover having a plurality of interconnected panels, at least one of the plurality of interconnected panels including: (1) one or more latch assemblies that engage the one or more brackets; and (2) an actuator assembly connected to each of the one or more latch assemblies by a cable, wherein actuation of the actuator assembly moves the cables that in turn release engagement of the one or more latch assemblies from the one or more brackets.

In at least some implementations, an accessory mount for a vehicle includes a first base, a support and a connector coupling the support to the first base. The first base has a first retainer with one or more retention features. The support has a second retainer that has one or more retention features that overlap one or more of the one or more retention features of the first retainer in different positions of the support relative to the first base. At least one of the first retainer and second retainer is movable relative to the other to decouple the first retainer and second retainer without removing the connector from the first base to enable movement of the support to multiple positions relative to the first base.

An apparatus is provided for locking a truck cover against unauthorized release, where the truck cover has a latching device attached to the underside including a pull cable exposed at an opening to be manually pulled to release the latch projection. The apparatus provides a housing to engage over the opening and a rotatable actuator that engages the cable with a manually operable handle which is located on the side of the latch facing away from the end edge so as to be inaccessible until the tail gate is opened.

An apparatus is provided for locking a truck cover against unauthorized release, where the truck cover has a latching device attached to the underside including a pull cable exposed at an opening to be manually pulled to release the latch projection. A locking device for a convertible top includes a locking support, a locking hook which can be translationally and rotationally shifted so as to be displaced between a disengaged position and an engaged position and which is engaged with a locking counterpart when in the engaged position, and a drive for the locking hook. The drive includes a driving element which is driven rotationally about an axis of rotation by a driving unit and which drives, via a link mechanism, a slide which can be moved on the locking support and which is connected to the locking hook, the locking hook being displaced when the slide is moved. The link mechanism includes a coupling link which is hinged to the slide and a support link which is hinged to the coupling link and which is guided in a guide track of the locking support when the driving element is actuated.

A lock includes an internal facing portion and an external facing portion, a lever assembly, a housing cover on the external facing portion of the lock including a lock assembly having a locked position and a unlocked position and a button cap. The button cap extends into a first groove of the housing cover and engages a silicon sleeve sealing the button cap and the housing cover. A housing includes a trigger button and an inner seal to engage a second groove sealing the housing and the housing cover, and an anchoring frame on the internal facing portion of the lock coupled to the housing. The trigger button extends through the anchoring frame, and the trigger button is accessible from the internal facing portion of the lock to releasably actuate the lock assembly.

This invention provides a clip locking device including a first clip body, a second clip body, and a fastener. The first clip body has a protruding piece, the first clip body sliding fits with the sliding groove on the guide rail by the protruding piece. The fastener is mounted at the first clip body for pressing the first clip body tightly against the guide rail. The second clip body is detachably connected with the first clip body, the second clip body has a vertical sheet, the vertical sheet is used for connecting with the locking tongue. By the first clip body, the protruding piece, and the fastener, mounted the first clip body to the guide rail, and the position of the first clip body on the guide rail can be adjusted by adjusting the fastener.

This invention provides a clip locking device including a first clip body, a second clip body, and a fastener. The first clip body has a protruding piece, the first clip body sliding fits with the sliding groove on the guide rail by the protruding piece. The fastener is mounted at the first clip body for pressing the first clip body tightly against the guide rail. The second clip body is detachably connected with the first clip body, the second clip body has a vertical sheet, the vertical sheet is used for connecting with the locking tongue. By the first clip body, the protruding piece, and the fastener, mounted the first clip body to the guide rail, and the position of the first clip body on the guide rail can be adjusted by adjusting the fastener.

An apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises a forward magnetic assembly that is formed along the forward edge of the main body. The forward magnetic assembly includes: (1) a reinforcement that is secured to the main body along at least a portion of the forward edge; (2) a first magnet that is secured to the main body along at least a portion of the forward edge of the main body and positioned to be substantially adjacent to the third reinforcement, where the first magnets is dimensioned such that first magnet, as secured to the main body, is configured to form an interference fit within a gap of a forward assembly of a vehicle; and (3) a fourth reinforcement that is formed along at least a portion of the forward edge of the main body, where the fourth reinforcement is positioned to be substantially adjacent to the first magnet.
