CHASSIS ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A chassis assembly for a vehicle is provided. The chassis assembly includes: an upper frame structure having at least two longitudinally extending upper side regions arranged on opposite sides of a longitudinal centre line. The upper side regions are connected to each other by upper connection portions. A front crash structure is configured to absorb energy during an impact generated from a vehicle collision, and extends in a transverse direction. The upper frame structure is connected to said front crash structure; wherein said chassis assembly further comprises: a lower frame structure having at least two longitudinally extending lower beams arranged on opposite sides of the longitudinal centre line, said lower beams being connected to each other by lower connection portions, and said lower frame structure is connected to said upper frame structure and to said front crash structure.

Systems and methods for mounting a fuel system
The invention provides systems and methods for mounting a fuel system to a vehicle. In some embodiments, the invention provides systems and methods for mounting a fuel system comprising a fuel tank to a vehicle chassis using a bracket, which may be a multi-part bracket, and may be referred to as a “drop and go” bracket.
Multi-boss flange
The present invention relates to a flange that includes a base region, a raised region, and a sloped region there between. The sloped region includes concave and convex curved regions positioned in a plane parallel to an elongate axis of the flange, and concave and convex curved regions positioned in a plane perpendicular to the elongate axis of the flange so as to reduce stress within and fatigue failures of the flange.

Mounting Structure for Fuel Storage Device of Vehicle
An embodiment mounting structure includes a rear side member having a rear end portion configured as a deformation-inducing portion, and a mounting portion configured to fix a fuel storage device to a portion in front of the deformation-inducing portion in the rear side member. An embodiment vehicle includes a vehicle body including rear side members on opposite sides of the vehicle body, each of the rear side members having a rear end portion configured as a deformation-inducing portion, a fuel storage device, and mounting brackets each coupled to a respective one of the rear side members and configured to fix the fuel storage device to a portion of the rear side members in front of the deformation-inducing portion.
Haul truck space frame mounting arrangement
A mounting system for mounting a tank to a space frame comprises a side mount configured to mount the tank to a center upper frame connection of the space frame, and a bottom mount configured to mount the tank to an elongate support member of the space frame. The bottom mount and the side mount are distinct mounts and configured to be mounted to the tank in a spaced apart relationship with respect to each other. The bottom mount and the side mount are coupled to a bottom and a rear side of the tank, respectively, and together are configured to mount the tank to the space frame.
