A fluid tank comprising can include an outer housing comprising a housing volume, a first fluid bladder positioned within the housing volume, and a second fluid bladder positioned within the housing volume. The first fluid bladder can comprise a first conduit and the second fluid bladder can comprise a second conduit. The first fluid bladder can be configured to release fluid through the first conduit in response to introduction of fluid into the second fluid bladder via the second conduit. The housing volume can be maintained at a substantially constant pressure when fluid is released from the first fluid bladder through the first conduit and fluid is introduced into the second fluid bladder through the second conduit.

Operating fluid container having a compensation container for compensating for pressure fluctuations in the operating fluid container

An operating fluid container for a motor vehicle for accommodating an operating fluid. The operating fluid container has a compensation container that is at least indirectly fluidically connected to the atmosphere (ATM). The operating fluid container has the following features: the compensation container is situated within the operating fluid container in such a way that an outer surface of a compensation container upper shell is situated opposite from an inner surface of an operating fluid container upper shell; in the event of positive pressure in the operating fluid container relative to the atmosphere, a compensation container volume decreases; and in the event of negative pressure in the operating fluid container relative to the atmosphere, the compensation container volume increases. The operating fluid container is characterized in that the compensation container upper shell opposite from the operating fluid container upper shell has a shape, at least in sections, that is complementary to the operating fluid container upper shell.

One-piece combined plastic urea and fuel tank with baffles, rotomoulded with a special mold heating system

The present invention relates to a plastic tank which provides storing of gasoline and urea liquid called adblue, used in automotive industry, particularly in vehicles which operate with gasoline and which reduces the damage of vehicles, which operate with gasoline, to the environment, in a single tank with two chambers, and relates to a special core heating system designed for production of this tank by using rotation technology.

Expandable flexible fuel tank device and system for externally pressurized fuel systems

An expandable liquid tank device is secured to a vehicle to provided externally pressurized fuel to the fuel system of the vehicle. The tank can comprise an outer bladder containing a flexible inner bladder. An end plate can secure the bladders to the vehicle. Upon depositing fuel into the flexible inner bladder, the outer bladder expands and conforms to a tank region of the vehicle. The outer bladder (a pliable material) transitions from a flexible state to a semi-rigid or substantially rigid state upon depositing fuel into the flexible inner bladder. To provide pressurized fuel to the vehicle, pressurized gas is injected between the bladders, which exert pressure against the flexible inner bladder to dispense the fuel through the end plate and to the fuel system. A method of making the tank and dispensing fuel is provided.

An in-vehicle liquid hydrogen tank includes: an inner tank that stores liquid hydrogen; an outer tank that accommodates the inner tank; and a heat-insulation material that is arranged in a heat-insulation clearance as a clearance between the inner tank and the outer tank and holds the inner tank to be separated from an inner surface of the outer tank. The heat-insulation clearance has: a vacuum area that is not filled with the heat-insulation material; and an area that is filled with the heat-insulation material and thus allows the inner tank to be surface-supported by the heat-insulation material.
