The tank system also includes a fuel feed arrangement having an auxiliary fuel pump for conveying fuel from the main tank volume into the withdrawal tank volume.
Fuel Delivery Device, Fuel Tank Equipped With A Fuel Delivery Device Of Said Type, Method For Determining The Temperature Of A Fluid Inside A Fuel Tank, Method For Controlling And/Or Regulating An Electric Motor, And Method For Controlling And/Or Regulating An Injection Of Fuel Vapors To A Combustion Process Of An Internal Combustion Engine
A fuel conveying device having a pumping stage, an electric motor to drive the pumping stage, a control unit, a magnetoresistive fill level sensor that generates a fill level signal, including a temperature-effect compensator that generates a compensation signal to compensate for temperature-related influences on the fill level signal, and an evaluation unit (5) designed such that the temperature of a fluid surrounding the fill level sensor can be determined by the evaluation unit by the compensation signal. A fuel tank equipped with a fuel delivery device of said type, a method for determining the temperature of a fluid inside a fuel tank, a method for controlling and/or regulating an electric motor, and a method for controlling and/or regulating an injection of fuel vapors to a combustion process of an internal combustion engine.
Apparatus for purging fuel evaporation gas in fuel system
An apparatus is provided for purging fuel evaporation gas in a fuel system. The apparatus increases an amount of fuel evaporation gas that is desorbed from a canister during driving of an engine, and thus prevents fuel evaporation gas adsorbed to the canister from being discharged to the atmosphere.
Fuel tank of work vehicle and work vehicle
Provided is a fuel tank of a work vehicle in which fuel can be easily sucked into an engine. The fuel tank includes: a drain port which is open to an outside on a side surface and through which fuel is discharged to the outside; a suction port which is open to the outside on a side surface and has a center positioned lower than a center of the drain port and through which the fuel is sucked by an engine; and a first recess which is formed to be recessed downward with respect to a bottom surface and communicates with the drain port.
TANK LID UNIT AND FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE
A total dimension of spacing dimensions of a gap provided by a metal rod on a side opposite to a metal housing in a first assembling structure and a second assembling structure is set to be larger than a difference in a thermal expansion amount between a resin lid main body and the metal housing in a reference radial direction when a temperature exceeds a reference temperature. A total dimension of each of a spacing dimension of a gap provided by the metal rod on a side toward the metal housing and a spacing dimension between a resin protrusion and the metal housing in the first assembling structure and the second assembling structure is set to be larger than a difference in a thermal shrinkage amount between the resin lid main body and the metal housing in the reference radial direction when a temperature falls below the reference temperature.
Fuel tank
A fuel tank according to technology disclosed herein includes: a fuel tank main body that is made from resin, that stores fuel internally, and that is formed with a protruding attachment pin at a tank inner side; an in-built component installed inside the fuel tank main body; a fixed attachment portion that is provided at the in-built component, and that is fixed to the fuel tank main body; and a movable attachment portion that is provided at the in-built component, that is formed with a connecting portion formed with an attachment hole into which the attachment pin is inserted and anchored, and that is formed with a deformable portion having an end portion in the attachment hole abutting or facing the attachment pin, wherein the deformable portion is capable of expanding and contracting along an expansion and contraction direction of the fuel tank main body.
Temperature based fuel management in a vehicle fuel system
A vehicle fuel system for use in a vehicle having an engine. The system includes a fuel tank having a fuel pump module area and a bulk area, and a fuel pump mounted in the fuel pump module area, having an inlet and an outlet. A thermostatic valve has a fuel inlet connected to a return fuel line from the engine, a first outlet and a second outlet, with the valve directing fuel through the first outlet when the temperature is below a threshold and directing fuel through the second outlet when the temperature is above the threshold. A cold fuel line connects to the first outlet of the valve and directs fuel to the fuel pump inlet, and a warm fuel line connects to the second outlet of the valve and directs fuel into the bulk area of the fuel tank away from the fuel pump.
Fuel tank, radiator, pedal box assembly, reverse transmission system and electric control module for vehicles
A reverse transmission system for a vehicle for engaging a reverse action on a normally forward action only engine transmission having a longitudinal orientation driveshaft output, the reverse transmission system comprising a gear rotatably connected to the longitudinal orientation driveshaft output of a normally forward action only engine transmission output; a shaft rotatably connected to the gear for transmitting power from the normally forward action only engine transmission output to the shaft; a chain sprocket connected to a chain drive and to the shaft for providing a transverse orientation output to the chain drive to change the direction of rotation of the driveshaft output, thereby for engaging the vehicle in the reverse action; and a reverse fork configured to actuate a reverse dog configured to slide upon the shaft to reversibly engage a reverse gear engaged to a first gear of the engine transmission.
FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE
A swirling wall structure-extends from a lower side toward an upper side in a sub-tank, and a fuel flow, which is outputted into an inside of the sub-tank from a flow outlet of a diffuser passage opened toward a lateral side, is swirled by the swirling wall structure. The swirling wall structure-includes a curved wall surface and a U-turn wall surface. The curved wall surface is curved about a longitudinal axis, which extends from the lower side toward the upper side in the sub-tank, to bend the fuel flow outputted from the flow outlet. The U-turn wall surface extends continuously from the curved wall surface to make a U-turn of the fuel flow, which is bent by the curved wall surface.
